They are very friendly and if you have any questions they are afraid to help you out or even try to find out for you. They also have a long-term care pharmacy as well. I also like that they have little clearance area with all kinds of different stuff.

Newhard pharmacy does a great job in customer service. I love that they deliver our medication on time.

I dealt with this pharmacy years ago and I recall that they allowed me to pay for my prescription that insurance didn’t cover in payments over a few months. When the COVID-19 vaccines first came out, I was desperately trying to get an earlier date than I had scheduled elsewhere and I went onto the website they had at the time that allowed current customers to schedule. I did so, even though I was not a current customer and immediately emailed them apologizing for what I had done, explaining that I was immunocompromised and scared and someone high up responded to my email and said that I could still keep the appointment I had scheduled and I thought that was so nice of them to make an exception for me. Recently I called around to many pharmacies trying to get a hold of my diabetes medication that too many people are being prescribed off label for weight loss only and they were nice enough to check their stock, though I don’t think anyone has the medication at this point.

Guy in there named John is a great guy, got everything I needed and i think he's the owner, really shows his care for the customers, Thanks John!

When we were looking for vaccine partners to help vaccinate our federal workforce, Newhard Pharmacy stepped up without hesitation. They were extremely friendly, flexible and responsive to our questions. I cannot thank Deb and company enough for the work they put into the effort and for their willingness to help.

We received our COVID boosters and our son got both of his vaccine shots here. We just walked in with barely a wait. We roamed the aisles and they have what one would expect of a pharmacy. People are friendly, place is clean & well-stocked.

About 1 week ago I was added to their covid-19 vaccine list, 3/8 Jenna called to schedule my appointment (1st recond time to be scheduled) she was kind, very accommodating and thoughtful (rare attributes now a day), 3/10 arrived for appointment we were greeted by staff that pleasantly directed & advised us as to where we would be vaccinated and what was required. Dawn, perfect name for this morning, what an asset! She greeted each person so kindly, thoughtful, caring, multi tasks with grace(I worked the front desk @ a Dr. Office it can be overwhelming when you have quite a # of people in front of you all wanting & needing the same attention) BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO! Oh & dressed beautifully. Deb who administered the vaccine kind, professional, quick yet very present to your presence. I didn't feel a thing. Deb B I had DME ?'s kind, knowledgeable, patient, she extended her time with ease. Now along the way a # of staff assisted or asked if I, we required attention for any need. I must say I have never walked into a pharmacy were the entire staff was so aware of their patrons without being obtrusive, they were all pleasant. I also felt & noticed a great calmness in the pharmacy which is pretty darn remarkable because that sets the tone and I feel you need that in a pharmacy.
Newhard Pharmacy was a gift to me today, receiving the vaccine but more importantly their compassion for what they do, represent to all the people who entered and towards each other as staff. A GREAT assest to the community. I am thinking of coming out of retirement and applying for a position there. Thank you all & stay safe.

My wife would like to compliment the Great service she received from Michelle Shemanski at Newhard Pharmacy. Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came time to go for a fitting for mastectomy bras and a prosthesis. She would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs help after a mastectomy to obtain a fitting. Don’t hesitate to call Newhard Pharmacy and ask to speak with Michelle.

The staff was highly professional and efficient. Everyone we encountered through the vaccination process was also friendly and compassionate. This is a local, small business that everyone should support!

Recently, I was vaccinated for COVID19 at the vaccination center at Newhard Pharmacy. I was very impressed with the pharmacy and the organization and professionalism demonstrated in this vaccination process. From my short experience at your pharmacy it was obvious to me that your pharmacy is dedicated to your local community which I find very refreshing. I hope the local community recognizes your unique service to them as the big commercial stores cannot compete with your dedication and committment to your customers.

I don't know why everyone reviews this place so badly! I come in every month for my prescriptions, and for 1 year straight, nothing but kind people who are very neighborly and helpful. On Yelp, there is only one review and its so bad, but I personally know that person and she is the one who should get bad reviews as a tenant, neighbor, etc. So if you miss that old pharmacy feeling where they know you and care, come to Newhard's!

Absolutely love this place! It's a one stop shop for all my needs. If its a birthday gift I need to grab quick they have knick knacks to suit even the most hardcore collectors like my pap who recently found out about the internet, & now buys everything. I'm like pap headed to Newhards always replies back "You think you can pick me up some seasonal attire for decorations." Of course pap I can do that for you! The pharmacists are great! Also don't even get me started on the homemade chocolate! Overall completely satisfied. Recommend to everyone.

I choose this pharmacy over others because it's close to home, it's a small business, and I never have issues getting my meds! That and they have really cool knick-knacks! The staff there is awesome, knowledgeable, and personal!

Everyone is very kind. Very helpful no matter what you need. It nice to see staff that’s been there so long and you feel comfortable talking to them. Wonderful pharmacy!!
