I really felt like I was in a bad place when I arrived for my appointment today at noon because of some heavy lifting I did which resulted in pain in addition to the chronic pain I have from moderate facet joint arthritis in my lumbar spine. I found the hands on technique used in addition to other methods of relieving pain first and foremost to be pretty effective. Very effective. I am much more comfortable almost an hour and a half following my appointment than I was for the past couple of days. Thank you, Phoenix. You guys will always be my only choice for physical therapy!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Phoenix Physical Therapy and I have nothing but amazing things to say! From start to finish, my experience was top-notch and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

Firstly, I was impressed by the fact that all of the employees at Phoenix Physical Therapy are women. It was truly inspiring to see such a talented group of women working together to help their patients achieve their goals. Each member of the team was highly skilled and passionate about their work, and it was evident from the moment I walked in the door.

Additionally, the conversations I had with the staff during my sessions were engaging and informative. Not only did they take the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatment plan in detail, but they also made great conversations about life. I felt like I was getting more than just physical therapy - I was also getting support and encouragement from a group of inspiring women.

Overall, I cannot recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy enough. The team is top-notch, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the conversations are amazing. If you're looking for a physical therapy experience that is truly exceptional, this is the place to go.

I have only been going to this facility for 2 weeks and I have to say that Claudia is a breath of fresh air when you walk in the door. Always friendly and always smiling. BJ did my initial evaluation and therapy session and my session today. She is so thorough and knowledgeable. The other therapists are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Phoenix Physical Therapy is such a great atmosphere. All the staff are really nice an strive to get you feeling better. They listen to your concerns. Phoenix PT has well educated staff and is well equipped. The will make you much healthier and will lookout for your well being and happiness. The place is very clean and the staff does excellent work with their patients. They are very careful with how they use their equipment for patient safety.

I have adult onset scoliosis with bilateral sciatica impacting mostly my quadriceps. Needless to say, I am in much pain. From evaluation through treatment, they have taught me what I need to do and have provided me the tools to help manage my condition. They were well-versed in my condition and have taught me how to do the exercises and stretches that both help to rebuild my core capacities and alleviate my pain. My last evaluation showed significant progress in my posture and movement. When asked if I wanted to stop pt, I decided to continue, especially since I'm getting better. The additional help and encouragement by the expert staff at Phoenix is certainly worth the time, effort, and expense. I am very grateful to these people.

Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional staff. The receptionist, Claudia, will do everything she can to help with scheduling and whatever else you may need. The physical therapist, BJ, is extremely kind and knowledgeable about your specific area of injury. I went for weeks prior to my scheduled surgery and plan on going back after surgery ASAP. Highly recommended!

Love, love, love Phoenix Physical Therapy! BJ and Claudia are the nicest people I have ever met! I had bursitis in both shoulders and BJ gave me exercises and performed soft tissue work and my shoulders feel great! I am very appreciative of the fact that they really take excellent care of your injury. I highly recommend you go there for all of your physical therapy needs.

The staff at the Easton Phoenix location was professional and caring. Barrie Jo help me rehabilitate a work related ankle injury and prepared me to return to work as a paramedic.

She understood the demands of being a paramedic and designed a program that fully prepared me to return to work.

Claudia was also extremely helpful in scheduling my therapy. With my dynamic schedule she was always able to accommodate availability.

I would without hesitation recommend the Easton branch of Phoenix Therapy.

BJ does a fantastic job!! So knowledgeable and helpful. In just a few weeks my tendonitis is cleared up and I have incorporated some of the stretches and strenthening exercises into my home routine. Claudia handles all of the support tasks in a proactve, friendly and efficient manner. I really enjoyed the time spent there. They ate a great team and make therapy fun!!

My husband has dealt with vertigo off and on for a few years and finally decided to try therapy as his primary doctor suggested. After searching reviews, he ended up at Phoenix Physical Therapy in Easton. Absolutely a great experience and has been so helpful! BJ and Auria were excellent, kind and caring. I came to Phoenix Rehabilitation for a back injury in May. The best decision ever! I learned that an injury such as mine there is rarely a straight path to recovery - there are obstacles on the way that only a skilled physical therapist can identify and build a program suited to your needs. BJ is the skilled therapist. She helped me overcome the challenges I faced and her skills and experience provided me with the help I needed to recover.
With every good professional, the support staff is also a critical element to care and Claudia certainly provided that. Her warm and friendly personality made me feel welcomed. She guided me through the process and paperwork which helped alleviate the anxiety one may feel when starting a journey such as this. I went to Phoenix for a torn acl and meniscus and I wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s by far the best facility to go for rehab! I felt so comfortable from the get go. From the minute you walk in they make you feel like family! BJ knows her stuff, she’ll make you work but she doesn’t push too hard! And Claudia behind the desk is the sweetest!
