I have moved 7 times in the last 15 years, this was the furthest distance so i decided on a Pod. Best decision i have made. My drop off pick up driver (Jerome) was fantastic.

PODS made moving a portion of my parents' belongings far less stressful. We all caught Covid after the POD arrived at the new residence & we felt no pressure to empty it until we felt better. I hired 2 people to hekp unload it & everything was brought safety inside, with no stress. It's fun to watch Podzilla, & the drivers were great!

We used PODS to pack up our house while transitioning to listing current house/moving to new house. The delivery and pickup were completed as quoted. The delivery driver was efficient and courteous.

For our move we used PODS for one container and 1-800-PACK-RAT for another. PODS delivered and picked up when they said they would. Everyone was professional and communication was great. Although a little higher priced, PODS was well worth it for the peace of mind over the nightmare that the other company caused.

As a first time pid renter, I am very pleased with this service. My driver was absolutely amazing. I can't speak highly enough about him. The customer service was excellent as well. The only thing I don't like is that they do separate charges for pick up and delivery but now that I know that is the case, it isn't a huge deal. Definitely recommend this service.

Great experience. All PODS were picked up and delivered on time. No issues with scheduling and they were very accommodating when I changed my plans and needed different dates. All drivers and customer call center associates were very polite and professional. I will defiantly use them again.

We did a cross country move using PODS. It was smooth and professional. The only negative was the length of time between pick up and drop off requests. We understand it was due to the amount of people moving at this time of year. Other than that all good.

My experience with the company was stellar. From the delivery to pick up, the customer service, phone calls before and after the POD was delivered. I would definitely recommend and use again. I would suggest the company lower their prices some but in light the the pandemic and the demand of their service...I guess they have to do what they have to do, but other than that, no issues to report on their services.

Our move was local and we had a gap of two months before we could close on the new house. This was perfect, we loaded two large containers had them stored for two months. We had one container delivered, emptied that and then the other delivered a few days later. We hired local helpers to move all the large pieces. It worked out perfectly. We would highly recommend using PODS.

PODS made our moving so much easier! We were buying our first home and there was approximately 3 weeks between moving out of our townhouse we were renting, and closing on our home. We could have rented a storage unit, but then would have had to rent a moving truck, load the truck, then unload it into the storage unit. Then would have had to rent another truck, load it from the storage unit, and then unload it at the new place! With PODS, they delivered the unit right in front of our townhouse, then picked it up and delivered it to our new home where we arranged to have it sit in the driveway until we moved in. When we finally closed on the house, our stuff was already in the driveway! Then a simply phone call and they came and picked up the unit. PODS saved us a lot of hassle and the cost was about the same as it would have been if we rented a unit and a moving truck twice! Will definitely be recommending PODS and using them again for our next move! THANKS!

Patrick did an amazing job getting a 16' POD into our crazy driveway. He was very personable and friendly! He answered all of our questions and made sure we were all set.

I had a smooth experience. The price might not be SUPER competitive but definitely the best deal I could find for cost and great customer service.
