My Husband and I recently switched our Insurance from Allstate to this state farm agency. Lisa Bledsoe, our state farm representative, made the switch convenient and simple. She was willing to send us a detailed quote through e-mail (which is how I prefer to communicate), and when we met with her she was honest and told us which coverages were unnecessary for us. Thank you Lisa, I respect honesty above all else. We felt no pressure and when we decided to make the switch we saved over $600 a year. As far as state farm's claim handling, it's too soon to tell, I hope that should that time come, this agency will be as cooperative as they were initially.
