Went for the 1st time to the haunted canal ride. The staff were amazing the location was ideal for pictures. The speaker was not so good. I had a great time taking pictures. I wish I had found them when my kids were small. It looks like an amazing place to bring grade school kids. Great playground too.

Got here in time to take the canal ride and got so much information! We grew up in coal mining country and a lot of the names and places were familiar. The canal boat captain was extremely interesting. This is a must-see along with the museum

Definitely a must visit to know more about the history of Easton. The museum has guided tours with interactive exhibits. There is a tour of the canals. The museum is open Wednesday to Sunday. There are also hiking/walking trails around. Calm and serene place.

Beautiful park many walking trails paved and natural. But the real attraction is the boat ride on the canal and the canal museum. Well staffed with super friendly knowledgeable people. Narrator on boat was very friendly as well as a true history buff on the canal. A truly educational day. A great day to be had by the whole family.

I had so much fun and learned a lot! The staff were very pleasant and knowledgable. This museum is very educational and has many quality interactive elements for kids, but I enjoyed them too. Extend your visit time to take a walk along the canal too. It's beautiful scenery all year long.

Really interesting small museum in a beautiful location wedged between the Lehigh River and the canal. A real mule-drawn barge ride included with admission

Enjoyed an afternoon at the museum and park. The canal ride was so relaxing and educational. The museum was very well maintained and my son (4 years old) was highly entertained with lots of activities. Masks were a requirement which was really nice to see and staff were extremely friendly. We packed a lunch and then got some popsicles from concessions and played on the playground. Can definitely make this park a whole afternoon adventure for the family.

Very informative about the local history, I learned something new today. The canal boat rides leave at 1, 2, and 3 PM and it is a must if you are in the area. I'm not a history buff but it was pretty cool to see the museum and the exibits, almost all of them are most all hands on. Great park for kids to play(park is free) and a great walking trail.

The ride on the canal boat is wonderful! So much historical and entertaining info is presented by Capt Dunn. The 45 min ride goes by so quickly! Museum is great for kids, so many hands on exhibits. Also has a playground and a large picnic pavilion. An excellent place to spend an afternoon

Great museum and the boat tour is totally worth every penny. The tour guide was amazing. The museum is smaller but it’s packed with information and experiences.

This is really a hidden treasure. I lived in this area since the mid-nineties and never visited this place. We decided to take my son and his friend for a visit and did the canal boat ride. I was incredibly impressed with the tour guide on the canal boat - he was very knowledgable and spoke the entire trip (sorry, I forget his name but this was back in July!). The canal boat ride is not very long but so many people that live in this area are not aware of the amazing history here. The museum was small but incredibly well done. It's a great place to take the kids for an afternoon; we really enjoyed it! I brought my son back about a month later and we rented two kayaks and spent an hour on the canal. He had never been on one and wanted to try it - we had a blast!
