We moved into our house in 2015 and within a few months between spiders and centipedes I knew it was time to call Terminix. For the last 4+ years Joe M. has been our technician and we wouldn't have it any other way! Whether it be a quarterly scheduled appt or the occasional follow up (which honestly we barely ever need because Joe is so thorough), we are confident that the interior and exterior of our home will be rid of all things creepy crawly. Joe is excellent with communication, timely & thorough with scheduled appointments, and available to answer our questions as needed. I often joke that Joe is my best friend for eliminating my worst enemy from my home, but aside from that heroic move he has always been friendly, professional, kind, and respectful. We love Joe!!

The technician (Arnoldo Leon) contacted me 2 days prior to let me know he was scheduled and asked if there were any concerns. He was prompt and courteous. His attention to detail is unmatched and I am grateful that he is the technician you send. His report is detailed and I know exactly what is going on with the service at my home.

I am so happy with our technician, Tim Nyman. He identified our pest issue immediately and provided us with the best options to take care of our problem. I was obviously upset with the situation and he was extremely compassionate and helped ease my mind. 10/10 would recommend!!

They came out the same day that I called and once signed up for the service. They were actually able to perform it that afternoon. The technician who came out was very professional. Explain the whole process very clearly to me.

Joe McDonald has been our Terminix tech for a long time - we are so pleased with his professionalism, experience, thoroughness, friendly attitude and his overall representation of Terminix. He is the reason we have signed on with a contract with Terminix and also have broadened our contracts as well to other departments. Joe is always super pleasant and eager to help. I was very impressed with Jacob Marmo’s thoroughness, expertise, and politeness during his visit. He was here for well over an hour and sealed every nook and cranny that might gain entry for rodents. He was also very patient with my many questions and answered them fully and clearly. Thank you, Jake!

We live in the country in an old farmhouse, so we get every pest imaginable. Terminix knows how to deal with all of them. They’re very knowledgeable, very quick, and very professional. And very careful about our pets. We’ve been using them for 25 years and have been thoroughly satisfied.

I have been a client since December 2019. I worked with Eric Tubens, Field Manager on choosing the plan I thought would be best for my home protection from pests. I had many questions and his answers were helpful. My technician's are Josh and Jared. They arrive on time and have done a good job handling my issues and both are pleasant all the time. Also, they take the time to answer my questions and explain why and what they will be doing to handle my pest problems.

Eric Tubens field inspector and his Terminix crew was amazing worth every penny. was expensive had a bad rodent problem no company can solve. No more rodents. The whole crew was excellent. including Steve. He went above and beyond helping me with everything. I couldn't ask for a better crew. My attic, my cellar, my garage was cleaned out while I sat and they let me go through everything. while they had so much patience with me. Awesome people. Thank you so much for this crew.

EDIT: I have 2 small dogs and the technicians have been vocal on what to do to ensure my dogs aren’t around the substance until it was safe. Never had one issue with my dogs and trusting terminix services.

Our service rep (Karl C.) is very conscientious and treats our home as if it is his own. He communicates well with us and advises us of his concerns and the steps he has taken to address those issues. We feel that Terminix provides a safe living environment which is important when living in the mountains.

Eric came to my door with a service appointment for our neighbor, It's must of been a call from God because we need the services to. Not only were both Eric and his boss very professional & kind but they made me feel safe enough to feel like my pest problem is going to get ressolved. Thank you Eric #highlyrecommend

I heard the dreaded scurrying of mice in my attic and immediately contacted Terminix. They responded promptly and came out for an inspection. Unfortunately, the infestation was so bad (along with evidence of bats) that I had to remove the entire insulation, have the attic sanitized, and new insulation installed. It was pricey, but well worth it. Plus, I like the guarantee they offer and my ability to contact them whenever I need them to service the house. Very professional and courteous.

Technician Cameron Cloud did a great job recently by communicating with me about how to access our garage to deal with rodent infestation. He was very responsive to my calls and texts and got the job done! Thanks Cameron

Eric Tubens Has blessed our home dearly. His Amazing skills and professionalism has been outstanding. He help me and my family with a bug problem, mice problem And also protected our home from termites.
