Outten Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tamaqua

Had warranty & maintenance work on my Wrangler 4xe (originally purchased at Outten Jeep Tamaqua!) where I received friendly, impeccable, and timely service. Jack did a fantastic job and even took the time to explain what was done following the repair. Cindy followed up personally the next day to make sure everything was 100%. Definitely check out the Outten Jeep family dealership in Tamaqua if you’re in the market or need work on your vehicle - I drive up from center city Philadelphia where I’m just another number at one of the massive dealerships down here!!!! And, I visited all of them originally before making my 2023 purchase. They will make it WELL worth your time & money.

I found the people there very friendly n professional n knowledgeable. I brought my 2010, 2500 diesel truck in to get an estimate on to check out why I wasn't getting ac. (Which didn't work for 4 years) they check it out found what the problems were an gave me an estimate. Which I was completely satisfied. Saving the money n I will have them do the job.

Had the best car experience of my life (and I've gone through this process, 5 other times) huge respect for our financial manager Anthony G, and our salesman Mike. I don't think I will ever buy anything that isn't stamped with Outten on it. Respectful and polite, extremely friendly and all around great crew. Anthony is def in the business of doing anything in his power to make a deal happen that fits YOUR budget. Doesn't make you feel pressured or put you into anything that you'll become upside down in. Great, honest and hardworking establishment. I'd give 10 stars if I could. A+

I have been having service on my vehicles because staff is knowledgeable and very cordial.
Jack Krupilis, service tech, always explains whats up with your vehicle and discusses maintenance plan. He is the biggest asset to the service department. I always request Jack to service my vehicles.
Cindy Gontz is always pleasant and cordial when making your service appointment.

I love going here. The people are friendly and the convenience of small town. I hate having to travel 30 miles for dealership work on my car. Now I just travel across town. They have inspected my car, changed my brakes, new tires, yearly maintenance, and recalls. They usually get me in within a few days or in an emergency, brake change, same day. Great people great prices.

From the very first phone contact to set up appt for diagnosis and repair - the whole experience was truly a pleasure. Dealt with Cindy- their service advisor - who answered my initial call and handled everything -explained my Jeep issues and anything I requested was followed through to a T. Her extreme knowledge gave me the impression she was one of the mechanics! Initially i was hesitant to take the Jeep to the dealer for repairs as i was afraid the end cost would be high. But considering unnecessary guess repairs may not always be the answer - it made more sense to go to Outten Tamaqua - as i have dealt with them.before. They got right to the point and fixed the issue . There was no way I could have diagnosed that myself without their equipment . Always a pleasure. And hats off to Cindy for treating me like a treasured family member. Money WELL spent. Thumbs up!!!!

The service department took excellent care of getting my Jeep fixed. Their top quality technician that did the work took the time to explain everything they did and why they did it. It’s better now than it was when I bought it.

The Service Dept and the Mechanics are the best. You are greeted by the friendly service dept crew and your vehicle is taken in quickly by the competent and skilled mechanics. They don’t look for problems but notice issues that are beginning and need to be taken care of at the time of your convenience. The entire dealership treats you like family.

The technician (Jack) took the time to explain everything in detail regarding the issue I was having. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. The customer service was top notch. Thank you for the great experience.

I brought my Dodge Laramie in 1/2 hour early, they immediately started its service. The service was completed quickly. Everyone was both friendly & professional. When I picked up my truck an looked it over everything was completed as requested. I am totally satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you!

Received a call to bring my dodge ram it in for a factory recall days prior to receiving the manufacture recall notice in the mail. Was able to bring the vehicle in the next day for a fast friendly repair! Thanks for your detailed response and expertise… you guys are the greatest in my opinion.

William was awesome. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted but I gave him a general description of the type of vehicle I was looking for and when I arrived he had the perfect vehicle for me to test drive and had gotten the loan approvals based on that vehicle.

Good selection of new and pre-owned , reasonably-priced vehicles. Friendly staff and convenient hours of operation made for an excellent experience. Shout out to my salesman, William, for his attention to detail and great communication. Of all the cars I have ever purchased from a number of other dealers, this was one of the fastest time commitments without feeling like I was rushed or lacking information.
