Silver Birch Archery

Loved this place, and it was my first time doing archery. John was an amazing instructor and had a lot of patience. For anyone in the poconos on vacation, I recommend this place as an activity to make the most of your stay. It's reasonably priced at 15 dollars for a lane for the day, and that includes the rental and instruction was 30 dollars, but there is no time limit for how long you can shoot the bow in your lane. Every other archery range needed a call ahead, but silver birch let us walk in the same day within an hours notice. I do recommend calling ahead for availability. Big thanks to the staff especially john for making our visit super memorable.

What a great place to visit! The first time I visited was for my birthday. I’ve been wanting to go archery for a while and this was my brother’s birthday present. On my way there, I was a bit intimidated because I have never done archery before and thought of being surrounded by experts being an amateur. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I explained I’ve never done archery before and was immediately assigned an instructor that helped me learn what I needed to know and more. Other employees came by offering support and assistance as needed. At the end of that day, I knew more than I ever knew about archery, so much so that watching archery videos of the Olympics felt like I acquired a new language - I was able to understand and relate to. A few weeks after my first visit, I went back with my two other siblings, my parents, brother-n-law and niece, they loved it! My 84yold dad tried his aim and he did great! I was doing so good my brother got me a beautiful bow from them as a Christmas present. If you are new to archery or looking for a friendly place where you can relax, have fun, and shoot some arrows - look no more, this place is what you are looking for - highly recommended!

Been coming here for years, CAN NOT say enough about this place. They rebuilt my z7 extreme years ago and have always been super nice and helpful. Today though my crossbows limb broke, I called Russ he told me to come down, guy saved me from a potential disaster and took the crossbow apart so it was safe. The place couldn’t be any better and Russ couldn’t be any nicer. I recommend everyone to silver birch.

Came with 12 yo and 14 yo. Jonathan gave them a short lesson and they were provided with plenty of time to practice after. Kids LOVED it very much and want to go back. It was a great experience for the children. I think any age, any gender would enjoy archery. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved bringing kids to target practice at this establishment. Staff was so helpful and we created many fun memories!!!

We’ve been taking our son here to practice bow shooting for a couple of years. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. We were there today and John spent a lot of time working with my son. They place safety and education above all.

Fantastic visit as always. I didn't bring my bow, but they always let me borrow one of theirs and plink at the range! It's been a while, but at least I was hitting paper!🤣

A huge thanks to Russ, Jonathan, Zach, and Paige for my new Whitetail Legend Pro! Not only was it so much fun to hang at the shop while you built it, I was truly impressed by the professionalism each of you displayed. Russ, in particular, took the time to figure out that Bear had assembled the bow with the wrong limbs at the factory...he could easily have sold it to me without me knowing, but that's not the type of place Silver Birch is!
I'm so proud to own this bow, and so grateful for you making this dream a reality.

I've been to different archery stores before. But by far this is the best archery store I ever been to. The hospitality and the people are great. They take time to work with you. You're not just a paying customer to them. The service It's amazing they have a lot of different bowls they carry and they take there time with you.. I highly recommend them

This place is run by some pretty awesome people! We arrived there at 5pm on a Sunday, just at the closing, but Mr. Ross and Paige stayed long after hours until we got everything we needed. They fitted our bows and adjusted our equipment, practiced with us, and provided expert, honest and useful advice. Very professional and extremely helpful people! I would go anywhere else for any archery needs! Thank you both for an amazing experience!

This place is the Real Deal. Super friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Came here on numerous occasions to get some work done and even buy a new compound bow. Jonathan, Paige and Russ are patient an will help you with anything you need to get done. Highly recommend! Will be returning here.

Friendly, helpful, and a fair price for range time.

Unbelievable customer service. I walked in for a birthday gift for my husband (neither of us have bows or shoot) and Russ helped me pick out the perfect bow for my husband and gave me a lesson. The young woman working was very nice and helpful and even (I'm assuming) one of his daughters asked if I needed help while I was waiting. Can't wait to go back for my husbands lesson and to get a bow for myself.

Russ and his crew are a great bunch of people. They really take good care of you and give you great advice. I've always had great experiences there.
I went to one bow shop and brought a new bow because that owner said it couldn't be adjusted. I took that same bow to Silver Birch and Russ adjusted it no problem.
Russ is an honorable bowshop owner. I highly recommend Silver Birch Archery.

We asked for last minute lessons for 5 girls today ranging in age 8-14 years old. Jonathan and Sauna were so accommodating and fantastic instructors! My kids and nieces loved it!!!!!

Russ is the man! (And his female helpers are equally as awesome!!!) I went there this past weekend with my girlfriend and was only going to go to shoot at some targets for a bit. They took the time to really set up our equipment and Taylor everything to us, I was not expecting that level of care and service. The value of just the shooting range rental was worth enough for me to come back but because they went above and beyond my expectations I ended up buying a full set up that they had built up for me for an insane price! We live an hour and 45 minutes away and I definitely will be coming back to visit!

Russ and his crew are “hands down” the best. It’s extremely hard to find a business that you actually feel welcomed and enjoy visiting. Your not pressured to buy “the best” equipment, but taught about a piece of equipment that is right for you. There’s not enough space to really write every reason you should visit silver birch. If your a beginner, start here. If your and expert, continue your learning here. Awesome range, awesome crew, highly recommend!

Ever since I can remember I always wanted to get into archery. I must say I stumbled into the most awesome place Silver Birch Archery. The owner Russ and Paige took care of me. The vibe they bring and the vibe that place has is super awesome. Everyone is friendly and treat you with so much care and attention to detail. Russ and Paige are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. So if your looking for an Archery shop look no further.

First visited the shop a few weeks back and sparked my interest in bow shooting, returned today to make a purchase. This place is the definition of customer service, on each visit here the time was taken to show me different options and price range ( even though the place was busy) . I received a lesson and was able to test out different bows . The staff is super knowledgeable and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. Been in the backyard shooting for the past few hours and can’t thank Silver Birch Archery enough!
