McDonald's

Hi Everyone,
My name is Danny, owner of Danny Ds Burgers in Port Jervis.

Here to give credit where credit is due! As most people I have been to McDonald’s all over the country. I spent a couple hours shopping at Walmart and hunger struck!
Conveniently in the parkinglot was a McDonald’s. I hit the drive through with very low expectations. Was immediately greeted with a very patient person on the speaker. Placed my order, pulled around, and was greeted kindly with a welcoming smile. Payed for my order and pulled up to the next window to be greeted again, by yet ANOTHER very kind person. Very sweet A - game customer service.

Now to the food!
We all have memories of fresh fries, hot burgers, and crispy soda. I’ve sadly grown comfortable with the under par quality from Monticello, Ellenville, etc.
but not here… not at the McDonald’s in Matamoras, PA in the Walmart parking-lot.
Everything was hot, fresh, and salted exactly how I like. I wish the other owners surrounding kept up the same quality of customer service and food.
Sooooo glad I stopped! Food was great, and the smiles in the drive through made my night.

I ordered through the McDonald's application and earned a ton of rewards points. I also got $16 off my purchase, using a coupon only available through the app. Food was ready when I arrived, as promised. No mistakes to re order. This location has a play place, which is cool.

Food was prepared perfectly, they delivered the food to our table, the place was clean and nice, no animals present or in sight.

Great drive thru experience.. pleasant polite and efficient!!

I gave 5 stars here although my last week's visit I was disappointed because they left the cheese off of my sausage egg and cheese biscuit.

I believe it was a new employee and that's why I still give them five stars because everything there at the Matamoras McDonald's is always up to par

By far the best McDonald's I've been to. Their service is quick and courteous and they have never messed up any of our orders.

Went through the drive at 8: o’clock in the morning. About 4 cars ahead of me. The line moved fast. The staff were friendly and all wore masks. The orders were correct. All 3 orders were perfect. Best part was that the hot cakes were actually HOT!!! Imagine that 👍🏻

I'm not one to leave a review at a McDonalds of all places but here I am. Young man with shaggy hair was doing an OUTSTANDING job managing and you can tell he was trained very well. Place was clean as can be.

I'm impressed.

We probably go to a McDonald's once every 1-2 years but this place seemed to be fine. We got our order and everything was correct. There was an additional big mac in the bag but we did not notice until we were on the highway. The lady at the window apologized for the wait but it did not seem very long at all. We get that it takes a while to make food. It was a nice gesture.

They do not have any veggie burgers but they don't advertise such.

My daughter and husband always love their McDonald's it's their little thing that they do together when we go out is for the both of them to get a special treat and treat themselves to some good old Happy meals and my daughter absolutely loves their chicken nuggets I personally love their chicken nuggets with regular honey and my husband well he loves it all let's just say that LOL

Clean, fast, and friendly. The first McDonald's I've been to that the order board inside that offers table service actually worked. Truly enjoyed the Bistro feel of the decor

Everything seems great! Spilled an order of medium fries and they replaced it, with no extra cost! A little slow service at the drive through, but the kindness and understanding of the employees/management overrides that. Would definitely recommend.

We mobile ordered for curbside pickup and did not have to wait long. All the food was warm and fresh. My Big Mac was perfect.

Great place. Clean. Not cluttered or messy. Respectable staff. No chaos behind the counters. Super fast service. Food is perfect and on point. Super clean McDonald's. Its a great spot for everyone.

Fabulous! I don't say that much for fast food, yet Milford Pa. staff deserve this shout-out! Fast drive thru, food was perfect, hot, and made to my liking. Young lady at the window was accommodating and kind.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. The bread seems to be always fresh and the service is very friendly. They seem to have good specials like NFL box 14.99 (great deal). I usually do drive through but the few times I've been inside has been OK. Not the cleanest but let's be honest.. your at a mcdonalds not a fancy restaurant..

This staff rocks!!!! Made my day to talk to actual human beings!!!! I'm a otr truck driver out of Wisconsin went to see if I could pick up groceries and some supplies from Walmart for the road and everything what I need to keep trucking is all cleaned out...selfish people panic buying while I'm out here trying to restock stores and trying to eat healthier options I dont like eating out but I'm forced to do so..... this staff is so kind and the manager should be proud!!! If I could give 10 stars I would...I'll be back around again and I'll pay it forward in this time of of mass hysteria we need more level headed people like this

Cleanest, fanciest McDonald's ever, even had fresh flowers on the table!
