Milford Diner

One of my favorite spots for a quick bite. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. The menu featured a variety of options, and the food exceeded expectations in both taste and presentation. The prompt service added to the overall enjoyable experience. I would recommend the Milford Diner for a satisfying and pleasant meal.

We went for breakfast. I had the delicious French toast and scramble eggs, my child had waffles and four pieces of fried chicken which he took some home and the hubby had sausage omelet with toast and home fries everything was delicious but 4 dollars for a glass of orange juice that came from a container is ridiculous. The service was nice and sweet

Place is cute to go to, service was good. The food though was out of this world. I got a Texas burger rare and it was amazing. I am usually skeptical about ordering such basic things like a burger. Why order what you can probably cook yourself better? Well the chef here did a pretty darn good job of making me feel like I got that home cooked meal. The burger was delicious and the onion rings had that perfect crisp to it. 5 star on the food and restaurant. Would definitely make the hour trip to eat there again.

This was my second time eating here, overall my experience was great. As soon as I came in someone greeted me, and led me to a table. The waiter came over quickly to ask if I wanted coffee and or something to drink. The food didn’t take long to be prepared, I was able to switch home fries to French fries last minute without any issues. I would give the Milford Dinner 5/5 stars. Great place to eat, sit and chat.

I had the liver and onions with bacon was perfectly cooked to perfection. Had a nice salad which was lovely. Be sure to check out the specials when you first walk in cuz that's where they're listed at. There is no listing inside. I'll definitely go back if I'm in the area.

This diner strikes a careful balance, consistent with Milford's status as a tourist destination: it's a place with a comfortable locals feel to it that's also welcoming for out-of-towners, local but not too local: you can enjoy that regulars vibe without the sometimes uncomfortable feeling that you've intruded on a private social club.

The menu is large and varied, and while not everything can be a "gee I wish I'd ordered that!" triumph, nothing is a terrible disappointment. The breakfast grits were excellent, and next time I go I'm going ask for extra grits, hold the toast. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. With moderate prices and ample parking, it's worth a drive from nearby Port Jervis.

O email of the best steak and eggs I have had in years. Great food, great service and a lot of parking .

They were not shy 0n the strawberries for the French toast!!! All wa yummy.

My only observation is that if they were to have maple syrup available...oh well that would make a lot of people happy!!

Great service and exactly what we wanted. It was a cold dark day and the homemade chicken noodle soup and Manhattan clam chowder were welcomed and delicious. We both got the turkey dinner, very good, I ended up taking half of it home and enjoyed it in the hotel room later. The turkey was so tender and the gravy was decent.

Had breakfast and got the breakfast burrito. When I went to pay I realized I left my wallet iny jeans pocket from getting gas the night before. The owner was very accommodating and understood, he gave me a business card and told me to call him with my card numbers. I was back a little while later to pay my bill. Will definitely go back if in the area.

This place was great and is a classic dinner as you can get. Place was a little smaller so at busy times there might be some wait. Food was hot and good sized portions. Food came out quickly and service was great. Seemed like a town favorite!

Excellent diner food. Clean place. Extensive menu for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great omelets for breakfast, or anytime during the day. I get the Primavera Omelet and get a side of marinara sauce to make a delicious omelet. The onion, pepper, and American cheese one is especially tasty, also. Try scramled eggs with home fries and gyro meat! Ooooo so good! Many, many lunch and dinner choices. They make the best Greek salad with wrapped grape leaves and anchovies (if you ask). Service is always good and attentive. Great corned beef n cabbage on St Patrick's Day. I've been going here for years and years and never, ever, had a bad meal. You'll be surprised to find one of the best burgers anywhere, right here at this diner. I usually order it with fries with delicious brown gravy. Good portions, too. "Ol' reliable" Milford Diner. If you try it, you'll like it! It's the best.

On road trip home stopped in Milford PA for the night-had dinner & breakfast there.
Loved the food, the crowd & the staff-
lots if excellent Greek food..suspect the owners are Greek-excellent Spinach pie & a terrific baklava- rather big- for the way home. Homey feeling. Our waitress was terrific-she had a very ladylike manner.
Hope to have to go by there again.

Love this place. Our go to when we do decide to eat out on weekends. Been coming up to Poconos since 1979 and when we get lazy and don't want to cook we know where to go! They even have gluten free bread options! Way to keep up with the times guys! Thank you!

Great hidden gem. Was traveling thru the Poconos while stopping by and boy was I glad we did. Breakfast was amazing and the burger was grilled to perfection. Great value A+++

My family came in as a very large group for our Christmas celebration. The Diner staff was amazing and very accommodating and made the experience special. Ty very much to the Milford Diner!

We stopped in to have breakfast, while waiting for a customer coming from Philadelphia. We both impressed with the food we ordered, services, and friendlyness we both thought it was a little expensive but hey the owners need to make a living also,the food was delicious and service was great, so it was well worth every penny!

Local restaurant with an extensive menu and nightly specials. We had hot roast beef open face sandwiches with homemade mashed potatoes..great gravy. Included soup and another vegetable. Breakfast all day. Great fresh coffee even at 7 pm.Clean and well kept. Open 7 days a week until 10 pm. Server was friendly and efficient.

Great place to eat. Wonderful chicken pot pie and Greek salad. It's in a historical building which adds to being there. Well worth stopping for a bit to eat!
