We bought our first rental property through Kim Hilligass back in 2009. Since then we bought two other rentals from her listings and three others privately. At this point in time (2023) we have used Kim's service to sell off the rentals, all without a hitch. Kim is top notch in her field for sure.

I had to sell my mother’s house remotely because I live out of state and could only make one brief trip to Tamaqua because of COVID. Kim inspected the house, detailed the work that needed to be done, and arranged to have it cleaned. She reviewed recent sales, advised on setting the price, and listed the house. It sold in 2 days! She then worked through all of the details to get it to a successful closing. She was excellent!

Mike McKinley was professional, ORGANIZED and went far above the NORM.
