Mr. Zack and Mr. Zack just completed a panel replacement including a transfer switch. The workmanship is first rate with quality material. The skill is second to none. Zack in a word is extraordinary!

He responds to calls and texts in a timely manner. He asks for photos and description of job beforehand, then confirms which light fixture and color (daylight) temperature of bulb while at retail store. He has a very effective text message update system of job time schedule, departure to job, estimate of time required, pricing, and completion…so you as the customer really feel taken care of.

The quality of his work, cleanup, and interactions were all geared towards taking care of his customer. There was no “time chit-chatting” escalation of billed time I have seen in numerous previous contractors.

In my entire 45+ years of working with various contractors, builders, service tradesmen, Zack stands at the top of the list, and I wholeheartedly recommend him without any reservation.

I have been in the housing business for decades and have dealt with hundreds of contractors. Zack is among the most professional I have dealt with. The work was completed correctly, on time, professionally, and reasonably priced. I only wished I had known of him 15 years ago. Zack's Plus did an excellent job of servicing and updating the Electrical Panel on my house. He came out, evaluated the problem, gave me the best price and did the job in a matter of hours. Zack's Plus was a pleasure to work with. The fees were very fair and the work was completed professionally and quickly. I had the panel upgraded to add additional circuits for a garage and spa. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. If I ever need an electrician in the future, Zack will be the first call I make.

Zach upgraded/replaced with new, our outside main panel, added a 220 line and wired up our hot tub. He then added 2 outdoor GFI outlet boxes on our front and rear porches.
We will most definitely have him return for a few more projects we have planned in the very near future! He's polite, friendly and takes pride in his work.
