Our favorite Mexican restaurant! We live 1.5 hours away. Everytime we head up this way, we eat here! It’s always been a good experience, always great service, and great food. Today we had table side guacamole, it was delicious. Fair prices, good portions! I like the deluxe burrito and San Juan burrito! Queso dip is always good. Tonight was my mothers birthday, and they gave a loud and enthusiastic HAPPY BIRTHDAY, with sparklers and a shot! What fun!! I definitely reccomend! Best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to!

We arrived, no reservations, at approximately 5pm on a Saturday evening, seated quickly, we were at the beginning of dinner rush, took a little longer to place our order, chips and house salsa arrived as soon as we arrived. Our server "Freddy", was busy waiting on several tables seated before us. Although he did keep a watchful eye on us keeping us full on drinks and salsa until he was able to take our dinner order. They offer table side fresh guacamole making as an option on the menu. After our appetizer was ordered, it arrived via a kitchen runner piping hot. The same with dinner, very fast out of the kitchen once ordered. Food was excellent, will recommend highly.

This is actually our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Pittsburgh! Their chips and salsa are the best are they are one of the few places that doesn’t charge for extra chips now! The menu is huge and everything is great. Their queso is really good and has some spice to it. We are always served really quickly and food comes out fast. There can be a wait for groups so get there early! Staff is very friendly.

Went with a group of 3 and the food was fantastic and had great flavor. Even the shrimp were cooked spot on. I had the beef and shrimp nachos and they were very good. Service was really slow despite having few people in there but it didn't detract from the overall quality of the experience.

Absolutely delicious! Everything taste so fresh! From the salsa with a nice hint of fresh lime juice down to the amazing margaritas with fresh squeezed juice. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is beautiful. The highly polished wood gives it an upscale vibe. My husband ordered lunch fajitas, and I had a steak burrito. They were delicious. Service was fast.

My husband and I were in the area to do some Christmas shopping and originally had planned to go to another Mexican restaurant but after reading some bad reviews decided to check this place out, and I’m SO glad we did! The atmosphere, the service, the food was all excellent! The drinks were also exceptionally tasty! We ordered a cheese dip and then for meals for the Barria Tacos which my husband loved, and I got the Chimichanga Texana. The rice was some of the best Mexican rice I’ve ever had. It reminded me of a mixture of hibachi fried rice and mexican rice. Delicious! Would definitely travel back just to eat here!

Actually a pretty decent place to just grab lunch. The staff was super duper and friendly. The bartender was so sweet and made the most perfect mango mojito! Will be back specifically for those. Also try the margarita flight! Yummy!!!

Really great restaurant. Each time we’ve been here it’s been clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of elbow room so need to worry about over crowding. We’ve been here several times now and plan on going often.

Great food. Great service and my bride thoroughly enjoyed the fried ice cream with Honey instead of chocolate sauce.

Very nice views inside the restaurant made you feel welcome when you're into the restaurant service was great food tasting amazing The margaritas and daiquiris were very delicious. Had the fried ice cream wasn't too bad but its not the fried ice cream recipe I was hoping to find. Cheese dip was delicious the salsa had a good flavor chips fresh and hot of course fajitas fresh hot sizzling very flavorful good portions. Keep up the good work definitely come back if in the area

Always love this place. Great food and service wether it's busy or not. Definitely a favorite for the area. Love the cheese dip here also, it's thick and not runny like alot of other places.

A great place to get real, authentic Mexican food. Its location makes it easy to get in and out quickly. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is clean and orderly. They even offer outdoor seating on the patio. The menu offers many choices even for children and vegetarians. The prices are fair and the portions are hearty.

Plaza Azteca is a restaurant chain that serves Mexican foods such as quesadillas, fajitas, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc. This particular location also has a large bar with lots of televisions.

My husband and I ate lunch here. The seating hostess and the waiters promptly and politely served us. Our booth was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fresh table-side guacamole, the quesadilla al pastor, the mixed steak-chicken fajita, and the sides of rice and beans. The food tasted very good, and the prices were average.

Azteca is definitely the best Mexican restaurant in the region. Start with the fresh guacamole and chips and any one of their margaritas. While the house margaritas are fantastic, I always recommend going a step up for a higher quality/artisan version. You’ll be blown away.

Every dish we’ve ordered has been amazing. The flavors, portion, and pricing are all superb. The staff truly seem like they love working their and their attention to each customer is fantastic.

They’re popular, so expect to wait at even off-peak times. Don’t miss Azteca if you’re in the area and are craving Mexican food. They never disappoint.
