We love it here people from all around come to visit this place we love the phool the most its the best very clean everyone is friendly and they also have a rental property right next door that can be rented out for party's or what ever you may like to rent it for we also have tennis courts and a lake to fish in as well many off road trails to explore the nature itself is beautiful if you are looking for somewhere to go where you see nature and friendly atmosphere then this will be the place to go.

Wow! I am a Property Owner at the Cove Homeowners Association and to my knowledge, we don't have a lodge!

Our Administration and Board along with the Facility Manager think it's all about THEM! No action on anything unless you raise the roof, even then repairs and maintenance are slow to come. I've been reported to the local police for harassment when pressing the Facilities Manager on the lack of basic maintenance; like keeping the grounds mowed and the weeds whacked.

The lake area has become infested with snakes because of lack of consistent maintenance. Workers roam free without supervision and the Facilities Manager never leaves the office.

Take a close look at the attached photo for an example of the bufoonery of our current leadership! Note the tractor trailer and pick-up truck in the background. NO TRUCKS huh?

If you're looking for a well maintained, by-laws enforced community, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
