The ladies at the front desk and on the phone were both pleasant and helped me schedule an appointment as a new patient. I guess they must have changed from the bad reviews that were years ago.

The nurse I saw was also lovely.

I used to like this office but they are now very short (rude) on the phone.
Just a simple call to get an authorization for a refill was a chore. Sorry for putting you out with my business.
I will be switching practices.

Will not see sick patients. Even after 5 days, it's take Tylenol, drink fluids and rest. 5 days of a fever over 100. Time to find a new PCP. 🤬
