He welcomed me when I came in and asked if he could help me, i inquired about some 3/8 sockets and extensions and a ratchet. He ha did just got a shipment in he opened the box and like a couple of kids at Christmas retrieved the items in question. What a great experience.

Small mom and pop hardware store. Prices were fair and the employees were exceptional! Although they did not have the item I was looking for in stock the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to order one for me so I could pick it up in the store.

I went in today looking for a cable splitter and had the best experience. The girl running the store was able to get me exactly what I needed and jumped to help me as soon as I came in the door. She was so polite and helpful. It was refreshing to get such great customer service. I hope to support this small business for years to come as their customer service is the best.

They were so nice I went in for a shovel and they were soldout. So they sold me theirs highly appreciated.
