Dr Parker is a phenomenal Podiatrist! She is very caring,and pays attention to detail. I never feel like just another patient of hers. She did a big toe joint fusion & tendon flex on my second toe. She did such a great job,her team is very effective in what they do! Highly recommend her for anyone's podiatry needs.

Dr. Parker is a great surgeon. I can’t say enough about her professionalism as well as her bedside manner. Dr. Parker put my ankle back together and guided me through the healing and rehabilitative process and I’m back to normal after a serious injury. I can’t recommend her high enough. If you’ve got an injury below the knee do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr. Alyssa Parker. You’ll be glad you did.

Dr. Parker is great! Very personable and easy to talk to. The office staff is very nice and great at their jobs as well.

I visited the podiatrist on 12/20 and they gave me a prescription. They had first told me that my prescription would be shipped to me directly and if the pharmacy had any question I would be called. As I was leaving, they told me they were faxing my prescription to the pharmacist right then and to call them in a couple of days. I called on the 22nd and the pharmacy had not yet received my prescription. I called the doctors office again on the 26th, and they had told me they would send the prescription they next day. I called the pharmacy again on the 29th because I still had not heard anything and again they do not have my prescription yet. Very disorganized doctor apparently, 2 weeks since original prescription date yet still no medicine available due to lack of organization from the doctor. Disappointed to say the least.

Dr. Lowry was great. BUT...The billing department appears to be a major mess. I had just been covered under Medicare after retiring but did not notify Medicare ...which I should have but didn't know. WHS initially submitted it and Medicare did not know it was now my primary insurance as of the next day after retirement because I did not notify them. Prior to that Medicare was my secondary insurance. So I called Medicare and they were fixing things for me ...and they asked that I ask this company to resubmit the bill to Medicare 10 business days after my call. 6 months later it turns out they never did. I even called once to find out if I owed anything and the person answered that I did not. So between that first bill and a 6 month communication threatening you .. you hear nothing, no one there knows nothing, no one does anything,.. this was thru the Cecil branch office. I would advise no one to go there until they figure out how to handle billing.

Wasnt Impressed. Left there not knowing anymore about my foot problems then when i went in. Felt very rushed. Will be going elsewhere.
