We’ve been using Alberts for several years now for yearly maintenance for our residence. We were familiar with them because they also service our church’s massive boilers. Our furnace died during the pandemic just before the holidays and they were able to get us a reasonably priced replacement quickly. We have been using them ever since.

Our family has used Albert's for many, many years because they are reliable, prompt and so nice to deal with. They are true professionals. This review allows up to a 5-star rating. If I could, I would give them 10 stars !!

We have relied on Albert's for 20 plus years and will continue. Recently our 30 year old furnace quit on a cold night. Albert's came next morning to assess and installed a new furnace the next day. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend. Good job guys!

Furnace stopped running this weekend (of course the coldest days of the year) Austin had come out and assessed the problem and did repair the next day when parts where available. What impressed me most was his honesty, originally was quoted a price and was pleasantly surprised when the bill was less, my wife advised me that Austin did not need to perform all the repairs initially thought....thank you for being honest and doing a great job. Would use them again.

We had a problem with our new thermostat, which I installed, and called Albert’s for help. We are a member of Albert’s service contract program and when I called at 802 a.m. to inquire about a service call, we were informed that someone would be here by noon. Within 1 hour a service technician arrived, problem solved quickly. Tom, the service technician, was very professional, respectful and explained what was the problem. I had not fully inserted the cover into place, therefore, the thermostat wasn’t reading the cooling temperature correctly. Being a member of the service contract program is worth every penny spent.

Highly recommend. I requested for them to check up my boiler for this upcoming winter. Austin was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Albert’s is my go-to when I need work done on my furnace and AC unit. They’re always quick to answer phone calls (even on weekends, which is very appreciated), and recently I needed a new furnace. I called Saturday afternoon and they were able to fully install it and my new thermostat on Monday. They are prompt, fair, professional, do a great job and don’t give you the runaround or treat you like you’re stupid. I will continue to use their services!!!

We were very pleased with the prompt response from your company. Joe was not only professional but knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had already talked to other companies to get estimates but they never showed up. Joe didn't talk to me like I was some uneducated person. His tone was also more than acceptable. The installation was done promptly and I couldn't tell that anyone had been there except for the brand new filter and furnace behind the door. Thank you all so much!! I can not state how much I appreciate Abert's Heating and Cooling, but I'll try. We purchased our house with a 30+ year old oil furnace that was on it's last legs. For two years it had numerous issues. All of which were addressed promptly and professionally by Abert's friendly staff. They would even guide me through what they did and several issues I was able to fix myself in the future.

Eventually, we had them install a new furnace with some duct work changes which again, was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. They have always been extraordinary helpful and patient whenever I call. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had heating issues for about 1.5 weeks before my landlord found Albert's heating. Once my landlord found Albert's heating they were really quick to respond to my home. They staid for about an hour looking at my furnace and found a loose wire. After we realized the wire wasn't the issue and after I explained the issue to Albert over the phone he then realized it was the mother board. He ordered the piece the next morning since I had called after 4:30 pm. He called me the same day he ordered the piece and told me he received a confirmation of the piece being shipped. He said it would take about 2 to 3 business days since it was coming from Texas. He called me about a day in a half later telling me he got the piece and someone would be out the next morning before they do their other jobs. I agreed since the weather was semi nice. Someone came the next day about 9am and fixed the furnace. Albert called me this morning for a follow up and he was super nice.
They came to my house early last week, ordered the piece mid week, and fixed it on Friday. They have great customer service, communication, and nice staff that will explain everything to you. I would highly recommend and use them again. They told me to call them anytime I have issues.

The install crew was great. Joe gave us a quote and told us the install should be easy and the guys made it look that way! Over 20 years ago they did our original system. This time they replaced the furnace and added Central air for us and I would use Albert's again if I need anything done!

My furnace was not working properly & I had to go out of town due to family emergency leaving my wife & son home with broken furnace. Albert's came the day I left & had the problem resolved & fixed within the day. Such a thankful relief knowing my family was taken care while I was out of town. Great company & great caring & compassionate employees if you need help I'd definitely see if they can help you out. They did an incredible job! We had a new boiler and ductless AC System installed. Beyond happy! They also service our church and business. I would highly recommend them for residential & commercial.

They were amazing 3 years ago when my furnace was bad before christmas. They came out and replaced the furnace the same day. Their concern for our family was profound.

I just recommended them to a close friend who had been without heat for a week. How sad that the company she bought her furnace from 4 years ago could care less. They wanted her to wait another 3 days.

We had a great experience with Alberts. When our heating system needed replaced, we knew we’d also have to get our AC replaced soon too so we got quotes on doing both at once. Alberts was super responsive and timely, answering any questions we had. From our experience with Joe in sales to all of the guys who did our install, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Alberts for your HVAC needs.
