It was a much better experience than my last visit with them. I had to wait less time to be waited on, the gentleman who waited on me was very knowledgeable about the products I needed.

Had everything I needed. Checkout was quick.

Just went there and the fuss (like always) were very helpful and becoming. It's nice to feel and give the respect that we the people should give.

Unsure of the names, but the guys their today were amazing! Diagnostic check completed, got what I needed in the store, and one of the guys came out to show me how to do it. Came home, followed his steps and got it done!💪 My vehicle is running so much better now!! Thank you so much for all the help today!

100% Recommend this store! I needed my battery tested and then installed.. They were pretty busy when I went in, but I was still in and gone within 30 minutes. The workers were very kind and helpful. I felt like I was given very good customer service, and I was not put on the back burner. I will definitely go to this store in the future for any automotive needs. Thank you guys! Also, a special thank you to the guy whom installed my battery (I believe his name was Steve); He had to work the terminal off for a little while because it was so corroded on. (I know… I felt bad, but he was very nice about it.) Thanks for all the help!

Above and beyond service! We just stopped in to have the battery checked and within 30 minutes, Scott had replaced the negative battery terminal and cleaned both posts. He was professional and knowledgeable. A very positive experience.

Had what I needed at reasonable prices and the staff was very helpful.

Bought a new battery and they were going to install it for me, but I had a bolt that may or may not have went back on. He stated my bolt holes probably won't line back up when the bar over my battery was put back on. Suggested I took it to a mechanic. So I did. The mechanic showed me that the holes don't move and that they would line back up, actually it was litterally ten minutes and I was all set. Please have a mechanic as back up.

Today James B. the Assistant Manager went above and beyond in taking care of my battery and the charging system. He was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated the knowledge he had and shared. Do not hesitate to visit this location. Thank you!

The manager was real nice and helpful. I'm from Alabama and didn't know a bunch about Washington, Pennsylvania. He checked my battery and I needed a new one and he changed it out with it raining!!! He also got me the best price available!!!

We stopped overnight in Washington PA only to discover our car battery was dead in the morning. AutoZone was open on time, 7:30am, and a nice young gentleman named James switched out the battery and had us back on the road by 8. Thank you very much!
