Century Inn

I didn’t stay over but I intend to. I had a more than lovely evening at the bar area and walking around the Inn. Dinner was extremely satisfying. I had the Mushroom Strudel, Creme Brûlée, and an autumnal Mule cocktail. The bartender was very sweet. The Inn, well, it was amazing. You can feel the history. Also cozy.

Speaking for myself and our guests (unanimous agreement) I want to express how satisfied we are with the professional planning, attentive service, quality food and courtesy received during our stay and reunion/birthday party held on July 28/29.
The staff's preparations and presentation and service are noteworthy.
Our accommodations and dining experience was first rate.
The Century Inn is our yard stick for measuring what fine dining and.first class service in comfortable surroundings means.

The Century Inn is as classy as it gets, you get to step back in time, all while having modern amenities in their uniquely designed rooms. The cuisine is delicious, I highly recommend the peanut soup on the menu and the salmon! The gardens are phenomenal and are perfect for weddings and other events. It's worth the visit to this cute village!

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms, great staff. We went to an intimate lovely wedding there. April was amazing with helping the wedding run smoothly. The food is wonderful, thank you Chef. The bride was able to have her fairytale wedding.

My husband and I came from Florida to the Century Inn. First of all, the hospitality was fantastic. We stayed the night and our room was above amazing. The chef was fantastic and everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing.
I grew up in the area, and as a child I have always wanted to stay there, so when I finally had the opportunity, it was more than my expectations could ever imagine. I would recommend for anyone reading this, you need to take the time to absolutely stay. I certainly will be back and I am going to try to make this an annual stop on my vacation list.

We had the best stay there last weekend! The spacious room was peaceful and spotlessly clean. The corner fireplace/stove just added to the ambiance as did the walk out patio overlooking the gazebo. The friendly staff was attentive to every need. We enjoyed the local beer on tap at the bar and a delicious dinner in the original kitchen room that had a fireplace large enough to stand in. The salmon was the best we have ever had and the steak was super tender and so tasty. Breakfast was included in our stay and was amazing. Our stay was a step back in time with all the luxuries of today.

Wedding reception: The Century Inn is simply the most amazing venue for a wedding! My daughter was recently married, and we had the ceremony, dinner and reception at the Inn. April and her husband were fantastic; they assisted my daughter and me with all the details. They were extremely responsive and patient! The guest were in awe of the gazebo setting, birds chirping, surrounded by lush greenery, the wedding that every bride dreams of! The food was simply superb... we hosted local guests , and out of town visitors , and everyone couldn't stop complementing the food,the historic beauty of Inn, and the fairy tale setting. God was gracious to provide perfect weather, so it was truly an unforgettable wedding day! I wish that I could give a 10 star review!

A delightful gem in Scenery Hill PA. The food is fantastic and the drinks are well made. Go for the light fare brunch, stay for the beautiful gardens and period decore

Over the top. Wonderfully decorated room with a fantastic balcony. (David Bradford Room). Clean and roomy. Many of the luxurious Hotels are not as fancy as this place. Don’t even hesitate. Just stay and enjoy.

Had brunch yesterday. The Reuben was the best I've ever eaten. Our waitress Lauren and the bartender April were fantastic. Highly recommend.

I just got married here and there wasn’t a better venue for me! I had an amazing venue coordinator. Ask for April she’s was amazing! She always got back to be as quickly as possible when I had any questions and she did amazing as far as making sure everything ran smoothly the day of. She even fixed some mistakes my florist had made. The food was amazing and the room was even better. Not to mention how much I loved the outdoor venue and the gazebo it was everything I could’ve hoped for and more. If you’re thinking about booking them for a wedding, DO IT! You will not regret it. I could sing their praises all day. If I had a chance to do it all over again I would still choose the same venue.

Such a beautiful location for any occasion. We popped in for lunch and had fantastic service and food!

Always the best. Went to brunch for the first time and hands down amazing. Friendly service quick and relaxing. Never rushed to leave.

Worth the unplanned stop! Built in 1794 this beautiful Inn is rich with history maintaining much of the original architecture and set in picturesque landscape along America's first national highway. We stopped for food and a restroom on our way west from DC and ended up with an adventure!

A quick jaunt from Pittsburgh, this Washington County gem is a fantastic journey back in time. Great to see the beautiful reconstruction that was done following a devastating fire. The food is amazing and the service is impeccable. Don't miss out on touring the historic Inn and grounds. The Century Inn does not disappoint.

Perfect for a wedding! April went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding elegant and perfect. Everyone did! The food was wonderful. Everyone had a good time. Our bedrooms were clean and comforting. And breakfast the next morning was so good!

Attended my nephew's wedding. Staff extremely helpful while we were setting up. The venue was beyond beautiful. Food was outstanding. Touring the property fun and relaxing everything about this place was awesome ! They really have outdone themselves on the renovations and customer service impeccable. I can't wait to go back

We just had our wedding at the Century Inn. Our day was absolutely perfect; we could not have imagined anything better Everything went very smoothly from the moment we met with April and began to plan our day a year ago. She helped us plan our wedding every step of the way. Not only did she help organize our event at the Inn, but she also advised us about vendors in the area. She was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. The food was excellent, and we are still receiving compliments on it. Everyone at the Inn treated us so well and made our experience very personal. The place is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect venue for us. None of our guests wanted to leave. Also, for a wedding venue, the price was incredibly affordable. We highly recommend the Century Inn for weddings.

Took my wife there for our 11 year anniversary. We had never been there before. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was the best we had ever had. Combine that with a great and friendly staff that excelled at their jobs and the experience was one we will never forget! We've committed ourselves to making it a tradition to go there on our anniversary every year now.

Our family ordered Easter takeout dinner from the Century Inn this year, 2020. We were so impressed at the quality and deliciousness of the turkey and ham, stuffing, real mashed potatoes, fresh green beans and homemade lemon tart. Friendly staff at pickup.Will definitely order again, I hope! I hope! they have the same deal for Christmas Eve!
