I ordered a set of brake lines for my bike. *I live in Canada and they arrived in a timely manner. The price was right and they look great!

Not worth it in the US. The company (Moto-Heaven) that puts them together doesn't follow through and the number will go out of service. Try the listed fax number if you are stuck. Any time you talk to someone, they are very apologetic and nice, but it's just lip service.

Ordered brake lines on a stock Bandit, had wrong banjos and some lengths incorrect. Gave them corrected measurements and was told they would send new lines first thing. Sent messages a week, then two weeks later, no reply. Sent them the lines back, no reply. Called after three weeks, phone was disconnected and Jim's cell was unavailable. Sent e-mails to HEL USA and Moto-Heaven requesting refund, no reply. Called the fax number and was told by Colt that they would issue a refund that day and 5 days later, still nothing. Disputed the transaction with my bank and got my money back.

Wish I saw these other reviews before I ordered, I've had the same (poor) experience as the others. Ordered online, was charged instantly, then of course my order didn't ship after 3+ weeks, and no emails or phone calls/messages were ever returned. Buyer beware - not worth the headache.

Placed an order. Tried to contact for update and/or tracking number. Two emails so far with no response. Called them with number provided and it's not in service.

Similar experience as other reviews. Placed order for one motorcycle clutch line that took more than three week to fulfill. Jim apologized and said he wanted "to make it right", but never did.

These clowns don't answer the phone, email, And most importantly don't send the order. Have to open a credit card dispute...

Going on 2 months without a tracking number and no response to multiple attempts to contact.
