I very rarely choose to frequent chain salons like this due to inconsistent results in previous experiences however today I was irritated and really needed a change. First available and was lucky enough to get Chen, she is so personable incredibly sweet and very focused on delivering impeccable results as a cosmetologist myself I can say this is easily the best haircut I've received and probably the last 15 years. If you're looking for a focused stylist dedicated to giving you exactly what you request I highly recommend seeing this sweet woman I will definitely be back for her and her alone.

Went in about noon for a haircut. Wanted a short Bob. Came out awhile later very happy with my cut and the detail and time the young women spent on it. Great cut.

Took my 3 year old daughter in for a trim and it was perfect. The first time she just got her hair cut. The second time she got it cut and colored pink! She loved it. The manager cut her hair and was so patient and sweet. We will be heading back soon for another hair cut.

My favorite location. I travel 30 to 40 minutes when there are 3 locations 5 minutes from my house. The manager is phenomenal. The entire staff is kind, polite, professional, and make you feel great when you are done. You can tell they enjoy their team and what they do.

I always end up going for my haircuts late morning or early afternoon and I don't do great with keeping appointments. This location doesn't seem dead. But I like that my ideal timing is at one of their slower times and I usually don't have to wait longer than 3-4 minutes to get checked in.

I had a terrible experience at a place in Ohio on Wednesday for a haircut. The so called stylist hack me up pretty bad. When I got home went to the supercut in Trinity point on Friday to get it fix. The young lady which I never got her name ( a cute blonde ) asked me what can I do for you. I took my hat off and she she wow someone hacked you up. Needless to say she took very good care of me very professional. I was very pleased when I left. Thank you give her a raise

Never wait more than 10 minutes. Always do a great job on my grandson hair who is 6 and my granddaughter who is 3. Kids really enjoy them and its hard for them with mental issues. Great with kids.

Great service. Came in with my daughter 30 min before they closed. Styled my daughters hair and a cut for me. Very professional and great attitudes. Definitely would go back.

Emily is amazing. Really knows hair and styles. Knows how to make sure its the right length. She also knows how to do an A-line bob CORRECTLY. Which is huge!!!

Short wait even though they were busy. Was a walk in for cut and color. Marina did a great job! Color turned out very nice and the cut was exactly what I had asked for.
