Generally get take out here. Have though on occasion eaten in. Their subs r the best !!! It also warms my heart that they donate a percentage of their money for firefighters equipment!!! Nice decor with firefighter accessory flair. Fast service, clean, and upbeat atmosphere.

Amazing store, great workers, the ladys all had my sub done before i was even done paying! It was also absolutely exquisite, the chicken was savory, the bacon had a perfect amount of cruch and sizzle, and the cheese was melted just right, the store doesn't let you forget where they came from, beautiful murals of firemen and many cool decorations around every wall. Its such an atmospheric store with employees that treat you like family and make superp food 5/5 100%

Clean and very organized, plus all the girls are great people with great attitudes, will definitely be back! Great job!

They were a little understaffed. By it was worth the wait. The food was great.

Love firehouse subs. Once you have had firehouse every other sub place is just blah! Everytime we eat there it is very good. They are quick at getting your order ready. I have tried many different types of subs and have yet to find one I don't like! There drink machine is one of those types that you can get anyting. Also refills are free. Overall firehouse is the best. Love eating here when myself or my family comes to Washington.

The ladies here absolutely, 100% came through for me last minute. They explained what happened with my online order, and why above and beyond for me 10 MINUTES before they closed. Even after working all day and finally about to go home, they didn't hesitate to make the calls needed to get everything situated, and jumped in to get my order done. Never not once did either of them make me feel awkward or like they were angry. Literally smiling at me and talking so sweet... Totally, without a doubt made my whole day better. I left with my food and a smile and I couldn't ask for more. Thank you. I really needed that "not everyone sucks" reminder.❤

Great subs. More expensive than Subways and you have to wait a little longer while they make them BUT definitely worth it.

Some proceeds go to funding special rescue equipment to firehouses across the country. Plus, if you're a gandyman it contractor, they have the best deal anywhere on inexpensive 5 gallon buckets with lids.

Never had my order messed up, it's almost always ready at or near the time it is supposed to be.

Top of the line Subs in 1st place, but a bit pricey. Arbys is in 2nd place at a lower price. Excellent food and service!! Juicy & Hot each time!

Seriously the best subs I've ever had from a fast food place. They take their time to make a quality sub, and the staff there is awesome. Manager also has great recommendations if you're not sure what you want!

UPDATE on previous review...: tried this place again this week and they have really stepped it up! No real wait time and food tasted great!

The food taste amazing but the wait is RIDICULOUS!!! It literally takes like 20 minutes for one sandwich and there are 5 people behind the counter! Ive been 3 times now and each time it's SO SLOW. I honestly might not come anymore just due to the wait time.

If you want a great sub and a great dining experience, this is the place you need to be. Love it!

This one never disappoints! Larger sizes and better quality than Subway. Also this location IS OPEN FOR DINE iN as of 12 July 2020. I guess they haven't updated their information on google yet

Good variety of subs. Clean dinning areas. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Only negative is the location...a little difficult to get to if unfamiliar with area.

Best fire house subs I’ve been too! It’s always fast and fresh. The bread is so warm and I always leave super satisfied and wanting to go back!

Stopped for lunch. The 'Hero' was soooooooo good. Looking forward to next time. Tried the chili and wasn't impressed, it was like eating hotdog sauce and very little beans. Other than that great food and great service.
