The bathrooms are the type that don't have running water but are by far the cleanest public bathrooms anywhere. And had fully stocked hand sanitizer. In awe. Had to say that part first. There are also tons of them so small bladders don't fret!

There are Picnic tables creekside all along but with plenty of space so no possibility of neighbor tables overlapping in space. Absolutely amazing and perfect for artists as well!

The entire place is beautiful, usable and creative in all the best ways of what it offers.
I personally am planning on spending another entire half day here before the end of my trip

Beautiful park with lots of amenities. The creek runs along a paved walking/biking trail that has restrooms available. Lots of picnic areas with tables throughout. Pickleball courts, pavilions, and a nice big off leash dog park. Took the dog today and enjoyed some time in the creek and chilling in the dog park.

We brought a lunch, blanket, and frisbee for our picnic. After lunch we took our garbage to throw away at home. Very clean park. I like it better than North Park.

I've been visiting this park since I was a kid and it's never lost its appeal. From the dog park to the trails, play areas to walking the woods, can always find something to occupy some time. Great place to forage morels in the spring too if that's your thing.

This park is a beautiful place to visit to enjoy a stroll of just sit in the shade and watch the day go by. The county maintains it, and the Sheriff department drives through pretty regularly, but most people take care of cleaning up after themselves so the park is very clean. On our most recent visit, the weather was perfect and there were tons of people out walking, bicycling, and walking their dogs. Almost everyone was friendly and waving or saying hello and enjoying the great outdoors.

The county has been steadily upgrading the facilities as well making this a more comfortable place to visit as well to explore all that it has to offer.

Great park. Long paved walking path that meanders along and over Mingo Creek which is stocked with trout. Numerous restrooms along the path. Also, playgrounds, hiking trails, dog park, and pickleball courts.

Such a nice park. Lots of places to walk and picnic. Well kept. Saw like 4 snakes in one section of the creek which freaked us out a little but to be expected as it is getting warmer.

Mingo is a beautiful park with walking trails, lots of Pavillion and playgrounds for the kids.
The creek alongside is very peaceful to listen too as your walking . There is an area blocked off just for dogs so they can run freely.

We love Mingo. Playgrounds are great. There are lots of spots to explore the creek and other trails to go walking. My son and I enjoy walking around the creek looking for crawdads and fish and other creek life. So many cool spots in the creek to explore different deep spots and waterfalls just really cool little water features.

Gorgeous park located in Washington county.

When you come in, depending on where you come in at it can be easy to miss the entrance so be alert.

Upon entering the park I was stunned. Gorgeous, gorgeous park. Plenty of parking, lots of long winding pathways. I saw a great number of people walking dogs or riding bikes but not so many it felt crowded. Because of dense tree cover every little clearing felt incredibly private.

There were numerous bathrooms placed throughout the park so no worries about that but the bathrooms I saw did not have running water but I may have missed those.

Tons of pavilions, places to have bon fires, grilling spots, amazing. I want to come back all the time.

Nice, spread out, fun park with a cute creek running through. Lotsssss of space to find yourself a nice secluded spot by the creek. Lots of options for kids too! Several play grounds with lots of fun features that you don't find in most playgrounds. Lots of places to walk, picnic. Several shelters you can rent with a permit and have booze at, otherwise no booze outside of the permitted shelters. Dogs welcome but please do everyone a favor and keep them on leash unless in the designated "Off Leash" areas.

Pretty local park with all the amenities. Sort of out there a little bit but lots of streams and fields, places to picnic. Fun spot for a little drive if you like quiet spots and back roads. There's several picnic areas but I believe you have to call the park to reserve. Restrooms are small like in the picture but work just fine. Lots of people bring their dogs out here for a walk at least there are people out here with dogs lol.

Went to see some covered bridges and fall colors. Nice stream running through park, lots of joggers on trails. Was a nice day.

What can I say about Mingo Creek? It’s probably one of my favorite parks of all time. It never feels over crowded because there’s always someplace you can go to get away from the kiddos or families which is my game. I go here with my dog and wade through the creek that runs through the middle of the entire park. The covered bridges are historical and very cool. Pack some food a little grill and go enjoy a beautiful picnic! Even the drive out is nice from Pittsburgh. It is a county park so no alcoholic beverages without a permit.

The kids love this park. Great playground. Plenty of places to go down to the creek. There are some easy walking and biking trails, as well as spots for a picnic. Don't miss the big hollow tree.

We came from four hours away to check out the bridges, but we were almost more impressed with the park. Love the well-maintained bridges, the playground area and the trails.

There is absolutely nothing bad about this park! It’s amazing! There are easy shaded trails , paved trails , rugged hiking trails, playgrounds and restrooms that are kept in immaculate condition- the bathrooms are often cleaner than some restaurants restrooms. There are hills for more challenging walks - a beautiful river with trout - and two covered bridges! Picnic tables throughout and shelters with electricity that are available to rent. There is a huge leash free dog park too. Also I see law enforcement every single time I go which makes me feel safe ! Highly recommend.

My absolute favorite place to visit. Walk, sit, picnic, bring the dog, watch kids splash in the shallow creek, take pictures, go to the playgrounds, ride a bike...A scenic place for everyone to love.

Great park for walking, hiking, cycling and picnic. Incredibly clean and well maintained for a county park. Very family and dog friendly. They offer good programs for all ages such as mushroom hunting, stargazing and summer camps for kids.
