I don’t normally write reviews… But for Tom, Tim, Barry, and the rest of the guitar gallery family, I have no other choice. I am, and always will be a faithful customer of theirs. After my most recent pleasant exchange with Tim, the owner I wanted to give my 2c.
Sure, they’re a Gibson and fender authorized dealer, but more importantly, they treat you as if they’ve known you forever. Their knowledge, experience., And collection of beautiful guitars should make guitar gallery your guitar forever home. Just don’t be in a rush when you go there… Because you’re going to lose track of time.

Stopped in for the first time to check out the shop searching for a particular Les Paul. While I didn’t find the right guitar this trip, I had several great conversations with other customers and workers. Met Tim who is great. I will be back in for sure. I’m guessing that my next purchase will be from Guitar Gallery.

Staff was great and incredibly helpful. I had heard about this shop and stopped by to look at their selection before going to another shop to compare before buying a couple guitars, but the staff were able to tell me every detail about each guitar I looked at and had great prices so I ended up not going anywhere else. They setup the guitars before I left and they play flawlessly. I have another guitar that needs worked on and I will definitely bring it to them.

Very friendly and professional staff. Just bought a nice Fender Squire Strat (I'm just learning) Price was reasonable enough that I bought it. Big boy guitars seemed reasonable enough,too. But I certainly don't need a $1500 one, if that's your thing though, they have plenty.

THE place for guitars and all things stringed in the South Hills. They are also great at repairing guitars. Their passion and service is 1000% better than any chain store or online buy you might do. Give these guys your business. Whether you are spending $1,000s or like my son just purchasing a beginner Ukulele, you will get a great value for your hard earned cash here.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. True professionals. Wouldn't hesitate to buy an instrument from these people. Amazing in stock inventory. Good parking out front.

Friendly service and a great selection! I’m playing guitar again after 25 years, and they set me up with the equipment I needed, without trying to oversell. Can’t wait to go back!

I haven't been here, but my son raves about this place. He got his first acoustic guitar here. He said the staff was super cool and helpful. I'll come back to edit when he's famous.

Been around the area forever! A real staple of Canonsburg and the music world. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.

The 2 guys behind the counter were friendly and greeted me with a smile. They were happy to have a conversation with me about certain drums and what they do. All while repairing a few guitars! Great friendly place. Will definitely use them for my gear.

I've been going to this shop since I was a kid. Vic, Val and Tim are among the best of the best and they ALWAYS treat customers like family. Over the years I've bought basses, guitars, amps, and all my accessories there and it's the fact that I can go in with the smallest of questions or concerns and have my needs completely met that keeps me coming back to this great store. If you want to be treated like a family member, come here.

My favorite guitar store hands down. They have extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The prices destroy local as well as most internet prices. I fall in love with a different guitar almost every time I step in the door. The used section is always great.

These guys love guitars and it really shows. They are always my first stop (and usually last) when I’m on the hunt for new gear. It’s easy to support a local business when they actually deserve your patronage.

I have been going to this place my whole life and now that I am older I can appreciate the experience the employees have. All of them are very knowledgeable about their craft and won't sell you something you don't need. Last time I went I wanted a processor for my guitar. I really didn't know what I was looking for or what I wanted so basically I was making an uneducated purchase. The employee told me if I didn't like it that I can bring it back, full refund. He encouraged me to play around with the processor and wouldn't you know it, I'm still playing around with it and thoroughly enjoy it.

Great guitar shop! Fair prices. Super friendly and helpful owner/employees, and they are very knowledgeable. I never feel pressured or lied to. :0)

Fantastic selection of guitars, basses, amps, and gear ranging from affordable to very high end. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are seemingly always up for questions and conversation. The selection is among the best I've seen in any guitar shop I've been to and the clientele is far and away the best I've seen.

Everyone here is amazing! I stopped by to have a few tubing pegs switched out, and everyone was so helpful and took care of what I needed! Five stars just isn’t enough. 10/5. Highly recommended.

Best guitar shop in America! I haven't lived in Pittsburgh for over 20 years, and I still go back there to shop. Vic, Tim and the guys are tremendously knowledgeable, and their prices are almost always the best. No place I've ever been matches the ambiance. You feel like you are at a friend's house trying guitars.
