Lake Williams is an absolute oasis on the outskirts of the city. It is so peaceful & quiet here that it's hard to imagine that you're only 1/2 mile away from a major road (George Street) and 1 mile away from the I-83 turnpike. This park is so beautiful that it was a major reason that my wife & I purchased a home in nearby Leaders Heights. I highly recommend kayaking and fishing on this lake, or just grab a chair, book & favorite beverage to enjoy the solitude of this park.

Great little Lake in the middle of York County! Always have a great time, always have great nature seeing's and the park is well maintained. If you're looking for a fun little day out whether it's hiking, fishing, kayaking or running the trails, I highly recommend this place!

A beautiful place to spend a May day hiking its many trails. Even saw some baby eaglets! I grew up in Jacobus near there and always love to go back!

Favorite lake in the area. Quiet, scenic and great fishing. Also great for birdwatching with bald eagle's near by.
