One of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had at a cell phone provider. I do have to give a shout out to Logan. He was knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions that I had no matter how trivial they were. Superior customer service to the highest degree, better than my own mother treats me and miles beyond those gormless worms over at AT&T. Keep up the stellar work Logan and the rest of the crew!

Stopped by this location on my way through PA and I gotta say one of friendliest and well informed crews Ive ever had the experience talking with. The one worker who really stuck out and impressed me was a gentleman by the name of Logan Sisk. This man sat me down and explained in great detail both pros and cons of each device I was looking at. At the end of my vist I had taken in so much information from him, he could have hired me on the spot. Every store in America needs a worker like Mr. Sisk. I will surely be doing business with him again. Verizon truly hit the jackpot with this one here. Thank you again Mr. Sisk!

Great customer service experience with Nate. I called him and was on the phone for about half an hour as he explained to me the new features of my iPhone 15. I was also concerned with a bill that I got from purchasing the new iPhone and he broke down my charges to me until I understood them. Very patient person, it was a pleasant experience overall.
