Starbucks

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There were 20 cars in the drive-through line, six people waiting inside, and every single person behind the counter was friendly, and attentive. Thanks for such a great experience!

I’ve been a regular for a while now but I just wanted to highlight the baristas at this location, more specifically, Holly. She is always incredibly kind and from the very first interaction makes you feel like a friend. She recently recommended a slight (but game changing) alteration in my drink that I usually get and I went with it and she was 100% spot on and I won’t be changing it anytime soon because this slight change made all the difference! Anyway, I wanted to highlight her, again, because of how kind, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable she is about the products offered and her obviously wonderful work ethic. Her customer service skills are quite rare in today’s climate and I think she truly deserves to be recognized in some way by upper management.

Hopefully management sees this and takes the time to appreciate her for all of her efforts and rewards her for work ethic, skills, and her smooth upselling abilities because she damn sure knows how to get the product right with her customers!

Holly! From the unhinged customer that gets a caramel latte every single time and often at night (😂) I truly want to thank you for just being a kind human and being great at what you do. Moving to Washington about 2-3ish years ago was difficult and being able to go to these big name companies and still finding people like you who’re genuine, down to earth, and cares about the customers experience EVERY TIME really makes a difference!

This is one the best Starbucks locations, everyone is very friendly and works hard to make sure the customer feels cared about. They remember your name and your order, highly recommend this location.

We got an order from Door Dash, that got screwed up. (Because of Door Dash) Door Dash did not want to fix it - and offered to refund 1/8 of the price. I didn't want to complain, or refund just wanted some coffee. ☕

The ladies today at Starbucks (I wish I would have caught their names) went above and beyond to correct the situation. We greatly appreciate your kindness and customer service! I hope y'all have the kindness returned at the perfect moment.

I leave this place with a smile on my face every single day. Joe creates an impeccable atmosphere for his employees and guests. His customer service is exceptional. Raris customer service is also top tier!!!! Everyone in this building goes above and beyond to create an amazing experience for their guests and you truly feel it!
Also, they’re timing is out of this world. I’ve been so many Starbucks over many years and these guys will have a line going through the parking lot and a line inside and I’m never waiting more then 5 minutes. I have to give credit where credit is due being in the service industry. Everything is consistent and fast with friendly and highly professional customer service. 100% die hard fan of this Starbucks and their employees!!!

Best Starbucks I have been two in about two years! I brought a reusable cup and they made my drink in it rather than making it in a disposable cup and then pouring it into mine. They were quite busy but did a really good job getting orders out.

Great service, there was no wait when we got there. I didn't know what I wanted so the barista helped me pick something and it was a delicious frozen latte!

Always very friendly employees and make good drinks! I suggest just going inside because the drive thru is usually really backed up! But the drinks they make are very comforting and delicious

Everyone is always so sweet. Today they put a sticker on my cup that said “you got this”
I needed that today. Always a positive experience when I go there

My mom and I are on a late night drive headed home. All coffee shops have had their doors locked 10-15 before they were closing. I called this one and the staff was so awesome and helpful made us our drinks and cashed us out in 60-90 seconds! Rockstar team!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

I understand it's easier to stay in your car and do the drive through, but it's much quicker to park, walk in and order. That line was at least 15 cars long! Lmao we were in and out. Overall good experience. Alot of hustle behind that counter! I appreciate hard workers!!

Fastest drive thu service anywhere anytime! This is the best coffee hands down! I have visited small coffee shops, chain coffee shops and everything in between and they make the best coffee at this Starbucks. It's the gem that makes living in Washington, PA. Wonderful!

Parking lot and drive thru are a little crazy. Best Chai tea latte I've had in a while! Not sure what they did to make it better! 👍👍

I’m giving a quick shout out to the starbucks employees, especially at this location. they are always busy, always on their toes, and always very kind. with almost every store in the area desperate for employees, they are no different. yet, they put their best face forward. they truly are trying their best with what they can also being at the mid to tail end of a pandemic. proud of this little store in washington and i wish them the best of luck moving forward!

So one year ago today exactly my sister and i had to wait a couple hours at the AT&T store so my stuff could download transfer to a new phone which took up basically our entire day so we walked over to the starbucks next door i got vente pricey drink. We sat outside on the curb enjoying ourselves and not even 5 minutes after getting it i spilled it. The workers were kind enough to give the same drink even though it was my fault spilling it and i never forget the girl Amelia who did that for me thats the impact she made on me i dont even remember her face but i got the name. If you ever see her or if the bosses see this give this girl some acknowledgement thank you Amelia. Again exactly one year ago today i forgot to make a review then but better late than never!

All I know is I've never seen a place that's to drive through is always has people in line! That being said, the staff is very friendly and the service is great

The drinks were tasty. They are able to accommodate all the food sensitivities with no issues. We received our items quickly even though there was a long drive thru line and lots of folks in the restaurant.

So good! I was pleased that it was open till 9:00 on a Sunday. Overall great customer experience😊

The girl running hot bar made me the best drink i've ever had from a Starbucks today. I'm sure she was annoyed by the number of modifications I asked for but it was so delicious. Thank you!
