The jeweler is THE BEST! He is an artist and true craftsman. I can tell how much art went into fixing my rings and making them perfect! I drive out of my way when I have a problem with my jewelry because I know he truly loves doing what he does. You have a loyal customer here and I recommend him to everyone I know.
On a side note though, I felt as though the sales lady (the day I came in for my repair) reprimanded me boldly. I understand that I am damaging my rings by wearing them all the time, but I understand the risk I’m taking and I get my enjoyment out of them. I appreciate the reminder, but I felt as though I was a school child being reprimanded. There was another customer there and I was a bit embarrassed, maybe a gentle reminder but not a reprimand would have been more appropriate.

My husband always goes to Kings for my gifts and always enjoys the kindness your staff gives him. Especially the manager! Tracy is our go to person. She is the most welcoming and personal asset to your business (as are the others). The big difference with her is how she makes you feel when you ask a question. After sitting with her you feel like part of the family. She goes that extra mile to offer personal attention. Her willingness to make your visit worth your time. You also feel like you are a valuable customer because she remembers you and calls you by name when you walk through the doors.

I had my wedding band enlarged 1/2 size. I had it done about twenty years ago at the same store. I was pleased with the outcome both times. And Tracey Comfort was excellent to work with (both times!).

The staff was helpful and friendly during a visit to purchase a ring. They assisted me with making my selection, and I was happy with both the item and its cost. It is clear that they care about their customers!

I went to Washington Crown Center. My Father just passed away. I needed some assistance on my Dads jewelry that he had left to my children and Niece's and Nephew. The employees there were absolutely amazing! They made me feel at ease. They also Humbly asked me to come back the following week to finish all of my items! I have a lot of things! I also had 2 watches of my husbands that were in need of Batteries one of which I have taken to two separate Jewlery and they were not able to replace the batteries. By the time I made it home the had them both replaced and ready to go. Exceptional customer service and I will be back this week!

The people r friendly, helpful, and informative !!! Very accommodating. They have a huge selection to choose from and their diamond jewelry is certified by expert gemologists. They have a jeweler on-site to do most repairs. They r a family owned business and proud of their history. It's my belief that they r superior to alot of the jewelry chain stores that r out there. Trust means alot and they have mine !!!!
