Wouldn't waive the 3$ per month fee for sending statements. I went elsewhere and willl not go back there

Horrible bank.. charged me 800$ in overdraft fees in my business account for there screw up on a deposit. Get bounced around for two weeks and give you more charges in the meantime all to say there's nothing they can do.. I've been with them for the last 15 years and never asked for nothing. Basically treated me like a nobody after running 20k a month in that dump.. I advise to look elsewhere for a better bank... ignorant

My wife opened an account there and when she tried transferring from that account to our bank in NC , the money ended up in the Northwest Bank account ! After calling the 800 # their employee tells her to do the transfer and it will fix itself ! Then they freeze the account, calling her fraudulent and a liar ! What kind of bank is this ?????? 🤔

Better order your money if you plan to get over $5k out of your own checking. Dumb. Plus thought I’d be ok with all 50s and 20s.
