Wasn't initially planning on it, but ended up switching from xfinity to T-Mobile as my internet and cell phone provider and getting a new phone. Noelle and James were incredibly helpful, patient and professional during the whole process. They were able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend to others looking to switch.

Sasha provided excellent customer service. We had an issue porting number from another carrier. She was able to trouble shoot the problem patiently and effectively. I highly recommend this store!

Drove down from Ohio to get my phone screen repaired. With my protection it was only $30 which is soooo much nicer than the $200+ I use to pay with other companies. My phone was fixed in about a half of am hour and the employees were super friendly! Would definitely recommend this location

The people here are the friendliest of any branch I’ve ever been to. Very very helpful and tech savvy as well. James is super awesome! Great people and service

Had an excellent experience today with Monte. We went in to see what offers were available to upgrade my parents’ iPhones to brand new 13 Minis and he made everything smooth and efficient. Very impressive service - I’d recommend anyone to anyone to come visit him if you want good service.

A++++ Great service and knowledgable staff made for a great experience. Thought I was going to have to spend big money for a new phone but they were able to fix mine like new. Also pointed me in the right direction for my next new upgrade when ready. Would recommend this store to everyone!

Tim and Brandon were awesome techs. Great customer service and resolved my issue with no problem and it didn’t take long at all. They were helpful and knowledgeable—overall great experience.

I had to wait about 30 minutes after my appointment time but I have to say the repair department was fantastic. Tim did everything he could to help out and make the phone right. He was friendly and professional and that says alot because I can be a hard customer when I am mad about a product.

I was having issues with my phone, and Cody the tech was quick, resolved my issue, and gave me more info for device care than I knew existed. Would recommend going here as the whole staff was friendly!

Excellent customer service. Explained to guy on phone issue and it would take me at least an hour to get there . He told me repair servicwe closed at 6 but no problem if im a little late. great people. highly recommend. ill drive the extra mile and time for the service i received. keep up the good work.

Noelle was a gem who jumped through several hoops for me in order to get my phone situated. If I have another issue I will drive to this location specifically, they are far more helpful than my local store.

The staff there was really friendly and helped me get a better deal with my tablet. My phone repair was completed in the time they said it would take. I will definitely return for anything I need done in the future.

I personally have had great experiences at this store. Always greated while walking in the door, superior service over other Sprint stores I've been to, along with detailed information when asked. The staff members I've met are wanting to help.
