Washington Health System

Before having my son, back in 2019, I had never actually been to the Washington Hospital. The staff went above and beyond helping me adjust to becoming a new mom, taking care of me after having an emergency c-section, and helping me learn tips and tricks with breastfeeding. It was an overall pleasant experience, even being in the hospital for Christmas. I just recently had my daughter at the hospital a few weeks ago and I didn’t think they could exceed my expectations any more than they did the last time, but they did! The staff is absolutely lovely. So kind, sweet and caring. I’m very thankful to have delivered both of my babies in such a wonderful hospital where every single staff member went above and beyond to care for us. They really make you feel like family there and I will forever be grateful for that. Thank you!

My husband got caught in a medical emergency while we were in Washington on a trip from Tennessee. He had to stay in the hospital for several days, and he received the absolute BEST care. Night nurse Nicole from 6S was incredible, as well as nurse Jim. We couldn't have asked for a better, more attentive team taking care of him.

Had my daughter there in 2020 and it was the best hospital I have ever delivered at. The staff was absolutely amazing!

Nice cafe

My 88 yr old mom is a patient there. The lack of care and empathy from this office is pathetic. My husband is active duty and I don’t live near my mom. You would think I could trust the WHS to do their job. She had a follow up appointment today and the doctor that saw her today (not her PCP) wouldn’t even listen to her. She said that wasn’t her job. DO BETTER!!!

Missed herniated discs on my husbands MRI 2 MRIs and he ended up having surgery because of the discs in Pittsburgh

Dropped the ball heavily with my care at the end. Manipulative doctors. The nursing staff however was great.

Got wrong diagnosis on my medical records!

sat and waoted 3 hrs for them to tell me they cqnt do anything till morning. wanna run test not even related to why i was there. save your time go elsewhere

Worst health system in western PA

Horrible place for baby delivery!! Do not go there your life can spoil by there extremely bad poor knowledge doctors.
