NO overnight parking even though there is plenty of room for it and no garbage cans or restroom. They took me early and had me unloaded a little after 2 hours (20 min before my appt time). Loreal shipping/recieving is by door 12N. Dont bother calling they dont answer the phone. There is a travel plaza close by pay for parking but if you spend that money in the store it goes towards parking. They have good food philly cheese steak and breakfast sandwiches, 12 dollar shower 2.50 washer and 1.50 dryer. Clean store and clean parking lot. 5208 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA, 17406

4 hrs to load people were very friendly. Very easy to find and maneuver to get in dock

Staff where ok took about 15mins to answer the phone when booking in I know I was early for my appointment got there 1515 but appointment was 1800 didn't get a door until 1930 you have to drop you trailer completely and park away from it and wait so they final finished at 2315 which is mad they then gave me the wrong paperwork and there is no overnight parking! So just slow is the biggest issue and no parking when you have to wait over 5 hours is just mad.

This is my first time not bad but there is no overnight parking, come before 1 hr your appointment time.

I suggest you all to avoid this place..! 5-6 hrs of loading time. Restroom available for drivers. Daytime parking available. Not sure for overnight parking..!
