First of all, please do not assume we are related - we are not-even though my husband name is Robert (Behind Smith and Johnson, Johnston is the third most popular name- everyone should know that!)
The reason I am writing this review is because I have read the review from "Slim Jones" (name-really!!) and I can attest to the fact that from the moment my husband and I walked in to the showroom we were treated with the very best in customer service - our name was even on the "Welcome Board" as we walked in. I thought then we found our contractor - one that even takes the time with the smallest of details. We found Tracy to be very competent and explained every little detail to us. We trusted her team of workers with not one or two - but three bathrooms! One bathroom was completed the week before Christmas so that it would be usable (which it hadn't been for many years) for the holidays! Talk about transparency - Tracy provided us with a binder, complete with photos of our bathroom (before) and the contract and the many details of what each bathroom would cost. No doubt - the best decision we made---and we had 3 other estimates! You will not be disappointed! Definitely 5 plus stars!

Great experience for material supply for DIY rebuilding a shower. I bought a complete set of Schluter material to build a new shower. My cost through Robert Johnston was lower than I could have ordered direct from Schluter direct, because they don't charge for shipping and special handling.
Tracy, a very knowledgeable designer helped us design all the details and choose all the material. Without Tracy's advice we would have never found the great combination of tiles, decorative tiles and very special grouts.
If you are looking for the best advice to design a bathroom, this is your address.

Robert Johnston Kitchen and Bath has just started their third (!) remodeling project for us. Previous projects, (master bathroom twice, a half bath and a kitchen) the first of which was done in the 70's and most recently in 2013, have made us lifelong clients The attention to detail, professionalism, and overall quality of their work begins with the design team and carries through to the entire office staff and installers. Your ideas are polished to give you the best possible outcome. We can't wait to see it.!
