Best clinic in the area by far. Clean, accomodating,and staff genuinely cares about your well being.
My only complaint is with staff turnover due to employees finding better opportunities. Some of us have a difficult time opening up to and trusting counselors, so frequent changes make it tough; however, when my last counselor Don C. (who was a superstar) left, I got assigned to new counselor Sierra, and she has been wonderful. Very easy to talk to, accomodating and cares about her clients.
I highy recommend this clinic for anyone considering a MAT provider.

I've been to many rehabs including methadone centers in Pittsburgh. Medmark by far is the best one. Clean for 25 years. These people really do care. I've been on a long journey like most of us once I got here it seemed it was easier, they listened. If you feel you're alone, please give medmark a chance 👣 as you are NOT 🫂 ALONE. 💯 🤩 # 2 This is my second review April 25th 2024 I'm still here and again it's still the best Clinic to go to for help when you have an addiction I've been to many clinics mostly in Pittsburgh three in Washington the best one still for me is medmark on Tyler Avenue. I have one of the best best counselors there ( Sierra), and she is wonderful..... .again, if you're looking for a place to truly fight this addiction, come to medmark on Tyler Avenue Washington PA. You won't regret it. Thank you to all of you who work there because I know you really care. I've been doing so well, I only have to go 2 times per month. 😆

Ive been a patient here for awhile. Ive had a few counselors along the way. My newest counselor is Chris. He has been amazing. I have horrible Social anxiety so having a counselor that makes me feel comfortable and safe enough to open up is a very rare occurance and I feel blessed. He is very easy to talk to. Hands down the best counselor Ive ever had.

I have been a patient at 2 other facilities before becoming a patient here when it was still Echo. I tell anyone that complains about this facility to go try another and you wont be able to get back to MedMark fast enough. Cindy at the front desk is amazing. If she is capable of helping you with an issue she will or she will find someone who can. I honestly can not say enough about her. The rules have changed a little since MedMark took over. Some I dont mind. Some I dont care for. I believe any personally owned clinic, like Echo was, will always be more personable. There is no judgment here. You're treated with respect at all times. This is the first clinic Ive been to where I didnt feel like just a number. These people truly care about you and your recovery. They will do anything they can to help you along the way. P.s. If anyone from medmark actually reads this, Cindy deserves a raise. That woman is truly amazing and youre lucky to have her as an employee.

Please note that this review is for before ECHO was bought out by MedMark, medication changed, nurses quitting, etc. I have guest dosed at ECHO many times in the past, as my boyfriends parents live a little south of Washington (sometimes with just one days notice)! I’d call and ask to speak to whoever handles that stuff and she’d say sure! Come on over. Cindy the front desk woman is awesome! I’ve been on methadkne the better part of 17-18 years now, and have guest dosed at many a clinic in my day. From driving from the OBX to Virginia Beach 4 hour round trip for 8 days out of my 14 day vacation. None of them care!! They just want that $15 cash a day they’re getting giving you $0.25 worth of methadone I’m curious to see how things are doing there in the fall when my bf travels for work and my toddler and i go stay with his parents. I can’t comment on the counseling part, as I’ve never met any them. I have a feeling MedMark js going to ruin this clinic. Ok

John Moschetta and all of his staff are a top notch team. They take the time and put in extra to make sure everything client gets what he or she needs to get better and become a better person. From the nurses to the counselors to the director they are the best at what they do.

Hands down the best clinic around. Clean facility and friendly staff whom will treat you like a human deserving of respect and dignity. If you are looking for treatment and are undecided on where to go and live in the area, choose Echo over the other “clinic” a few miles north.

Maureen not even my counsler has helped me make make strides in my recovery because she understands the addict in my opinion anyway so i just wanted to thank her especially but from cindy at reception to the nurses everyone makes me want to better my life thank you

I wanted to thank this clinic. They are absolutely wonderful. This place is like no other. I would recommend it to everyone, shout out to LT. Best counselor.

I am a new patient and just started last week. So far everyone is extremely nice and caring and they actually seem like they genuinely care and want to help!

Very good place to start dealing with your addiction problems! Staff is careing if you are serious about getting your life back on track there one on one approach will get you back on thens s was the time to come see.

I’ve been on a maintenance program for my addiction. Over the past year I weened myself completely off.
During that time at the clinic I had 6 different counselors, I probably had 10 (that’s being generous) therapy sessions even though the state requires 2.5 hrs a month. I was the ideal client, I did everything I was suppose to on my own, with very little help from them. When I went and told them I wanted to be successfully discharged, they didn’t know how.
What does that say about the program they run? It took 3 counselors and the prescribing Dr. to figure it out.
I made the comment to them that it seemed strange huh? Couldn’t be the way the program was initially put together huh?
What do I mean you ask? Well they are all privately owned, so they only make money when someone is going there and stuck. So they make the counselors jobs impossible, impossible client loads, impossible to use medical logging systems, impossible to meet counseling demands. And who suffers? The client. So they stay, they don’t ever get better. And if you’re using, they just increase. There is no getting kicked out. How does that help? That’s not to say the counselors don’t wanna help, they CAN NOT. They don’t have the time with the caseload they are required to do.

Some staff members are highly unprofessional, not following the rules set forth for them. A.5.C

Not the same as when it was Echo .....hoped for things to change for the better however with lots of time to work out the kinks things have only gotten worse.

Been with clinic for 6 years. 1-2 years with new ownership w/ medmark.. Have had 5 faulty drug positives in recent year which have all later discovered as false positives. Note: Each time a false positive is discovered your take home privileges are revoked. Recently reported to pa drug and alcohol whom overseas Pennsylvania methadone clinics whom will investigate.
