The staff here is very nice and friendly! They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about the menu and make sure that what I was getting was completely vegetarian. It made me feel very welcomed and well-catered. To the night staff, you deserve a raise!

We are always greeted kindly when we walk in and it's a nice environment. The food is of great quality and I've never had to wait too long. I have never eaten at Taco Bell until recently and I have been missing out.

Thanks to Reddit, I learned how to customize an order and got the BEST soft tacos yesterday. The staff had them ready fast and they were exact to my customization. I appreciate them doing the little extras, it's my husband's new favorite menu item.

Staff was very friendly!! They marked which of our items were fresco so we didn’t have to go searching through. Everything was well made and on a taco bell spectrum, our experience was artisanal. Thank you! I hope you got to go home and go straight to bed like you were hoping to after your shift.

Taco Bell, #026118, on Chestnut St. in Washington, PA earned it today. Their employee, Q, was terrific! She was amazingly professional, friendly, helpful, and respectful. She appeared to be happy I was a customer. NOT, like a lot of places that we go to and they act like we're bothering them. In this world today, trust me this was such a good experience. I ordered to bring a meal back home for a family member, and she went out of her way to make sure I was getting the correct thing.

I have a big family and these folks never complain when I order two party packs of tacos. The order is always right and they don't skimp on the sauce. I haven't been inside since the Rona but the bathrooms were always in decent shape.

Friendly staff and the food was good. Messed up part of my order but they were quick to fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a great experience.

Michael. Delvecchio is the best employee you have there he is always so pleasant when we come he needs a raise and a promotion so do whatever you can because I love every time I go in there he's so sweet and so special when he touches my heart

They took my order and got my food out quickly and it was all the right food and was good.

Taco Bell is the only fast food restaurant that I've been in that the staff actually seem to enjoy their jobs, and I personally love the food!
