East Maiden Animal Clinic

It's difficult to put into words the gratitude I have for the compassion that the staff showed us for the past 17 years. We lost both of our elderly dogs over the past 5 months. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they've done.

The staff is kind, compassionate and caring. They always makes you feel your pet is cared for in the best way possible.

Great staff and take whatever time is necessary to care for your pets and not rush you in and out. My dogs are very comfortable with them, so am I

Took the best care of my beloved Tanner aa best as anyone eles. Taught me things about him I didnt no he was capable of. And stood by my side the whole time making the hardest choice of my life, with no pressure at all. I will know and forever vote for the woman at this clinic !!

We have been taking our dogs here since 1990. We have always trusted them with our dogs and know they are in great hands. The Doctors are top notch and their staff is outstanding. You are treated with respect and they truly care.

My family and I have been bringing our cats to East Maiden for decades. They've always had excellent Dr's and staff and yesterday's visit was no exception. Dr. Clermont was patient and thorough with both my cat and myself, for being a nervous cat Mom. He both emailed and printed out info to give me guidelines for her asthma. He explained what she needed, where to get the products and how to use them. He and Brittany were so gentle with her, and yes of course my little lady is feisty so it was a treat to see her handled so well. I don't remember the name of the lady that checked us out but, she was also a delight to speak to about how the place has changed over the years. The resident cats may have changed but the service is always exceptional!

Jake visited East Maiden today for his yearly shots plus some health concerns. We were greeted by Kayla Reynolds who made us feel so welcome and secure. She was so great with Jake, who is a rescue and is afraid of his own shadow. His tail did not stop wagging as she put him at ease and made a friend. Dr. Rebekah Clemont came in and was so great with Jake and his human parents. She answered all of our questions and was so thorough with tests and exams. She even put a special cheese treat on his biscuit for being so brave. What a great team and great experience for a pet owner. East Maiden is a great Clinic with a wonderful staff of talented personnel and friendly staff. Thank you Kayla, Dr. Rebekah and staff for making our visit such a pleasant one. 👏👍🏻💕💕

Have been to several other animal clinics over the years. East Maiden is one of the best. I trust this place with the care of my animals.

They are so great with my dog even tho it stresses her out to be near someone she doesn't know. She just barks but they are so good with her.

My cat had to have surgery but had to go to Hidden Valley the staff here assured me he was in good hands.
I love the staff here they treat my pet like their own!!!!!

Alyssa was very informative, professional, and friendly when I called and was looking for a “puppy appt” in a certain time frame because she needed her shots. Dr. Clermont was wonderful, and asked me lots of questions about my new pup to get a “feel” on how she was doing with the “pandemic” situation and all. He listened to me and my opinions since I’ve raised pups, mostly labs, for almost 40 years. Everyone there was helpful, and made me feel very comfortable and at ease for our first visit to the vet.

The team at East Maiden are always exceptionally kind and caring to my Marley. I would highly recommend taking your loved pet here for treatment. I will always remember how kind they were to my husband when we visited as he loved our Marley with all of his heart, he would go in the clinic barely able to walk, with a cane and in oxygen, the techs were kind to him and our Marley. When my husband passed away the girls sent me a sympathy card. It meant so much. ALL of the Vets are super!!!!
