Preferred Primary Care Physicians

All of the docs, PAs, nurses & office staff have always been wonderful to me. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, willing to take time to answer my questions (both in the office & on the phone - health questions, insurance questions, etc). They are a blessing, and I feel I am in good hands with them. When I had an issue going on that was discovered by a specialist, they rec’d the report, and took time to call me to ensure I was getting things taken care of. I’ve never had long wait times. They get you in & they take good care of their patients.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this practice! From the staff to the doctors. These doctors really listen to you and in whatever amount of time you need. There is always a wait for your appointment but it is well worth the wait because you know every patient is getting the GENUINE , QUALITY time they need. Not once I have I been disappointed. Not once. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I saw the newest Dr. at this establishment . She was amazing. Dr. Courtney McCoy.
She seemed genuinely concerned of all my details. She spent almost an hour with me . She was kind and very professional. Let alone adorable in nature ♡ May I add everyone I came in contact with here were friendly and professional. I had been away from Pa for a few years but genuinely missed the care I receive from this group.

Dr. Falcione is a kind and caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to any concerns and will gladly explain things in detail. He has been our family doctor for years and I would never want to go anyplace else. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

Dr Sharpnack is the best doctor and his colleagues as well as the staff are all very friendly, compassionate, and helpful when necessary. I have been a patient for well over 20 years and have always been treated with respect and kindness in this office.

It has been some time that I've been at this office and each time I have an appointment I cannot wait to see Dr Falcione. He truly listens and finds the best treatment and options for my healthcare. I always feel like it's a joint effort, I'm not being forced into treatments I don't agree with. I believe my health is better because of the knowledge that this facility has. I have been a patient for over 25 years and Hickory Family Practice and Doctor Maskarenic have treated very well. They truly treat you like a small town doctor would with personalized service and they know you as a person, a neighbor, or as a friend. I highly recommend Hickory Family Practice.

When you call the office, no waiting on the line. They immediately answer and are so polite. They accommodate you to help you. Transferring my records from Cecil Family Practice to Hickory was the BEST move we ever made.

Family doctors here have been mine for 30 years! Doctors that takes time to know me, unsurprisingly give me excellent care. I value their expertise as it always seems these docs are rigorous in their continued studies to stay on the cutting edge of their field. Great listeners and not over-prescribers. I recommend this practice all the time... for the whole family!

I have been going to them for years. I love the new Nurse Practitioner Rachel, she always listens to what my girls have to say and make them feel comfortable and she is now taking care of my husband. I can't say enough about everyone in the practice.

By far the best Doctor and staff that I've had the pleasure of seeing. My previous PCP passed away from Covid and I tried other practices but I'll be a patient here for life. The doctor spent a significant amount of time with me and listened and provided me with the prescriptions I needed. God bless them!!

Recently switched to this doctor's office due to never receiving return calls/actual follow up treatment from my old pcp's office. I cannot believe how responsive and supportive their entire staff is! They show genuine concern for you as a person. Their doctors and NPs are kind, caring, and very thorough. I feel respected as a person there instead of a bother.

Had a wonderful new office visit with Rachel. My care is being tailored towards my needs. Georgina was wonderful in making my appointment, and truly very experienced in the checking in process . The back office staff was very nice, efficient, and kept my appointment on time. I have already referred many family and friends here.

Since I was changing doctors, I was told upfront by the medical staff as a new patient, it was a 2 month wait. No problem since I was very dissatisfied with my previous PCP. PA Rachel Royer is great. She’s younger so she relates to her younger clients. She listens and is active in her client’s care. I would recommend anyone to her. I am very pleased with the appointments I have had with her.

I'm scheduled for check ups every 6 months. Love Dr Maskarinec! He is kind, caring, listens to me and is very knowledgeable. The staff are helpful and kind as well. Couldn't be happier with this heath care facility in Hickory.
