I'm extremely unsatisfied with this office. I called in today to make an appointment for my boyfriend. Due to recent issues his dermatologist recommended he see a PCP. When I called in to make one because this was his most recent PCP, the lady on the phone took all his information but when I told her he doesn't have insurance her attitude completely changed. She immediately became annoyed and said "he's better off going to Cornerstone care or Centerville clinic where they have a sliding scale and he may be able to afford it" I was under the impression you cannot deny a patient based on insurance. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. There are plenty of other doctors around with nicer secretaries, I'll be calling one of them.

I was told last Friday that I had a appointment on that following Monday. I drive a hour to go to the appointment and I get there and they said I never had a appointment. This was very frustrating and I was very annoyed about this. They really need to get this under control with telling people the correct date and time.
