Nails By Michelle

I was recommended this place by a co-worker. I wanted to get a special design for a event I was going to.
The price was not the worst starting at about $45, it went up with the design I wanted, but I didn't think it was that much of a problem. I was very happy with how they came out and I got so many positive complements on my nails when i was at th event.
I plan to go back to keep my nails nice and tidy for now on. Thank you again for the wonderful work and the clean environment.

I had come into town from North Carolina for a wedding. I had a very short amount of time before the wedding started, and I stopped in to see if I could get a quick fill. Not only did I get a fill. I got a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. These ladies took their time to do a quality job. I was extremely impressed with the shop. I've been getting my nails done for 25 years. I have been looking for a nail salon I can call my home salon. I have had not one single problem or complaint about this place. Very clean and welcoming. I don’t want to go anywhere else. (My nails are a week old in the photo)

This place is beautiful, quiet and clean and let me tell u something, MICHELLE is the first nail tech to speak to my kids and actually make them feel welcomed and actually have a conversation with my child and I and made me feel like I was at home, and my nails are BEAUTIFUL

I have been to several salons in york and Nails by Michelle is the best I've ever been to. Katie was so sweet, gentle and did such a great job. It was super busy because of the holiday, but I was still in and out in an hour. I LOVE my nails. Thank you so much!!

Today was my first time in Michelle’s. They welcomed me as soon as I came in which I really appreciate it. I came in for a refill and a reshaping on my nails that I got done at another salon and was super unhappy with my experience at the other salon. The nail tech took her time to reshape my nails and gave me the design that I wanted. I’m super happy with my appointment and I did rebook I would recommend this nail salon.

I had a fill done here today fixing up a set of acrylic nails done two weeks ago by another salon. I am very happy with the job that Helen did! This will be where i go from now on to get my nails done. Beautiful salon, pleasant atmosphere.

I absolutely love having Michelle do My full set she’s absolutely amazing every single time especially her designs are beautiful, elegant and amazing every time I come to visit her she never seems to disappoint. Absolutely friendly and even the rest of the beautiful ladies who work here also amazing. If you’re looking for an amazing pedicure and eyebrow wax this is the place to certainly get all your self care on. I highly recommend this Nail & Spa to all you beautiful ladies even for your children also they have their own chair for your mommy and me time here too!

Update after several more trips here:
I've been seeing Tiffany regularly for sets and fills and she is absolutely incredible. She is so, so sweet and always does such a good job. I prefer stiletto nails, and she always takes such care to get them just right. The last time I was in I asked for black polish with a grey/black glitter, but she remembered that green is my favorite color so she asked me if I'd like to try a green iridescent glitter she found. It was absolutely beautiful, and so much better than what I had asked for. It may seem like a small thing, but to put that level of care into your clients was really touching and honestly made my day that she remembered.

I've never gotten, or seen a bad service from this salon. They listen, are kind and do a great job. They can get pretty busy, so please remember to be patient and call ahead of time may be an issue for you. While I've never seen the employees be anything but kind and accommodating I have seen customers be snippy or nasty because they had to wait or a color wasn't what they expected. But even in these situations, the staff was quick to respond with a smile and get the customer taken care of. I really, really enjoy going here and the care they put in to remembering customers and things about them is truly special. Michelle the owner always tries to make time to say hello and make sure everyone is taken care of. She remembered that I really liked Tiffany after only seeing her twice and made sure I was able to get in with her again. Those touches are so important!

Went in for the first time today and was very impressed! The place was immaculately clean, all the staff were very friendly and my nails look great. My tech did exactly what I asked for, and she was lovely! Will definitely be returning. I also watched another tech fix a set of nails from another salon and she did an amazing job reshaping and fixing them. Absolutely recommend!

What a great place to get your nails done! Everyone is friendly and upbeat. Their work is fantastic as well.

Ran into an old nail tech from years ago - wonderful seeing her again. She gave me great advice. I needed to let my nails go for several mos so that they can grow out strong. My nails have been ground down by years of having acrylic nails applied. She was not worried about doing my nails and charging me to get them done, but was instead concerned about the health of my nails. She removed old acrylics, painted my thin nails with a clear polish and sent me home. Thank you so very much for being concerned more about the health of my nails than charging for a set of acrylic nails. I am indebted to you and will return once my nails have grown out and are not so thin any more. Bless you!!

By far the best salon in york, pa....I love all the girls......I enjoy myself every time I go. What makes it best is the owner Michelle has an awesome attitude and treats all the girls equally and like family. Katie is my nail tech she is awesome at what she does.

I had my manicure by Lizbeth and it's what I wanted love it. My pedicure is done by Helen with foot spa it's 5* . Nice place clean friendly staff I'll be a regular client.
