Lake Wallenpaupack Dam Overlook

Beautiful spot. Parked here for a while and gave the drone a fly up to take some pictures. Wish I had more time to take it out further and even walk around the area. Maybe one day I'll visit again.
A nice scenic place and looked like people were out there doing ice fishing too.

A great scenic place to visit. Easy access from the road but it’s at the corner of a curve so be on the lookout for it. You’ll find eagles, ducks, local boats, and even some bumble bees pollinating the flower by the fence!

The overlook has pretty views of the lake and some interesting information.

We always have such a relaxing time here. While the paths are snowed in, this is a great place to park for 30minutes and still get a healthy dose of the lake. This time of the year you'll find many ice fishing. So Take a break from driving, eat a quick lunch, or time for grounding. Whatever the reason definitely find a reason to park and enjoy.

Glad we saw this while driving by. Nice quick pull over to take in the sights and read a bit about the dam in 2-3 minutes.

Great view of the big lake. You can watch the people failing on the launch from the overlook. It's great

Every time we're out that way we always stop at the Lookout. There's always some type of wildlife.

Nice views and some walks around the area, easily accessible roadside.

Great place to just pull over with a coffee and watch the Eagles fly.

Beautiful large lake scenic islands to picnic at and from a 14 ft boat to a 30 ft cruiser skijet rentals available..
