CVS Pharmacy

This is a nice pharmacy. Everyone here is always pleasant and helpful despite the fact that every time I'm in there a customer is acting out their anger inappropriately. We're in the middle of a staffing shortage everywhere, and issues with medication not being available everywhere as well. That has nothing to do with any specific pharmacy. I've always had a lovely experience here, and folks need to start being nicer to pharmacists. This is an important profession and they're doing a great job.

Easy place to get to... Nice staff

The place was clean and well stocked. Self checkout is available at this location. Plenty of parking and conveniently located near a few other staple stores. Pharmacy is available here as well. Open Mon-Sun. 8AM - 9PM

Had everything I needed!

Rude on the phone, poor customer service. Go elsewhere.

My wife needed a certain prescription filled and was on the phone with CVS for over 4 hours the other day. She needed to call this particular location and ask if they had the medication in stock. The pharmacist said that they did so we went out of our way to pick it up. The pharmacist lied to my wife because they did not the medication needed. This is not okay for a pharmacy to lie to customers about having medication in stock when they don't

They’re so rude in this pharmacy. Will not be getting prescriptions filled here again. Hope they go out of business tbh

The store itself and most of the staff are fine but the male pharmacist, Carl, is one of the rudest, most ill mannered people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting in my entire life!

I will NEVER use this pharmacy after the way he spoke to my 60+ year old mother! We attempted to file a complaint with upper management and we were told that his behaviour is in accordance with the way they wish to run the Hawley CVS...

I've been using the CVS in Honesdale ever since and the staff there are excellent, very helpful, always prompt and always very polite!

Went into CVS on 590 & 6 at Hawley today
Couldn’t pick up an over counter CVS type Sudafed because driver’s license was 20 days expired due to PA backlog but it was ok with the two pharmacists being the only ones I saw in the store without wearing their face mask even when at the consultation counter talking to customers
Seems that if they choose to pick which policies to enforce they should me more concerned with the ones that affect their customers health
