The manager Lindsay at the Dover location is very professional and went above and beyond to take of a financial situation for me today and she didn’t have too. Lindsay really values her customers.

Lindsay was super helpful during a very stressful time for me. From the first day when she walked me over to see specific storage units to the change of address and more I had to do later on. She she helped me get everything done, and always with a smile.

Professional. Helpful. Even listened to me rant about absolutely nothing. Rough transition storing my deceased loved ones items for now❤. She even helped me put stuff in my car. Great customer service

I had a short, but excellent experience with Moove In Self Storage. I was relocating from another state and needed a place to store furniture and other belongings. The rental process went quickly and smoothly. Payments are easy to make online. When I was ready to move out, I gave notice and during the required advance notice period and was out at the end of the month. Lindsay was always very helpful throughout the rental process. I would certainly use Moove in the future.

Lindsey, in Dover, went above and beyond to help me find the size and type of unit I wanted. She called other managers when she couldn’t provide me with what I needed and was able to locate what I requested. What was most important was that she listened to me and showed me she cared.

Easy online setup. My unit was ready and the lock was in there in a few hours. Super easy. Got a call the next day while the staff were doing a walk through and noticed I hadn't put my lock on yet and wanted to check to make sure everything was ok. Nice to see they keep an eye on the place.
