Shipping was fast, customer support was fantastic and the Quality of the boots are Remarkable. Ive been Buying and Wearing work Boots for 25 plus years and these here may be the finest that i have ever owned. For those of us who Would rather shop American owned Small businesses, this company is a gem. Thank you Overlook.

I ordered boots I needed to return and I was worried it would be hard to return because I did not use Amazon. I was wrong it was just as easy. In fact, I told them it was my fault I ordered boots that my job would not let me use on the job sight. The hard part was the boots I could get in my size with composite toes (with the brands I wanted) were out of stock so I had to get alloy-toed.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews about this place, I bought my boots an ordered with the 7-10 day shipping, they showed up in 3 days in flawless condition, not sure what problem everyone else is facing but I had a perfect experience ordering through these guys!

I placed an order and it said 6-10 business to ship! They sent it out so quickly and the boots are awesome price! I definitely recommend this company they are awesome and I appreciate them so much!!

I purchased the boots then I was looking at the reviews and had second thoughts. I didn’t receive a tracking number after purchase. I gave it a few days and decided to call customer service. The gentleman reassured me that the specific boots I ordered were coming from the manufacturer and it can take some time. Once released from the manufacturer, I will be provided with a tracking number. Which I understood for the delay, I bought a popular Thorogood boot. I purchased them 4/6/23, received a tracking number on 4/18/23 and was at my house by 4/19/23. Overall satisfied, the boots are LEGIT, sturdy and I will be purchasing from them again. Overlook boots is a perfect place to find boots for work...hiking.. or casual. I stopped by today just to look and ended up buying a pair thanks to the amazing customer service I got from Alicia. They had the type of boots I was looking for at a better price then anywhere else I could find online. I ordered on a Sunday, got the notification that they shipped on the following Thursday, and they were delivered the very next day to Texas (Today, which is Veterans Day). I mean absolutely nothing to complain about, this is how easy it should be. Appreciate you guys back there for getting these to me so quick. I start the night shift for my police department on Monday so I’m super grateful

Found out from their staff at their Annapolis store this was their main store. Their selection was fantastic, and they had a lot of boots I couldn't find anywhere else, especially in extra wides. If you need boots for work or outdoors this is definitely a place to go.

Although it did take a couple of extra days for the boots to ship, they arrived! And are fantastic! I got nervous with some of the reviews but Joel reached out and was overly helpful!

I have been a nightmare of a customer...Ron was incredible! He was patient with me when I ordered the wrong pair of boots, and again when I ordered them to the wrong address, and AGAIN when the boots were the wrong size. He fixed each of my problems and made the whole thing so easy. He was attentive, understanding, and very helpful! I can't thank him (and apologize) enough!

Found this store through Afterpay as I was looking for a pair of boots to surprise my hard working fiancé with, since his current ones were just about done for. They just got here today, so he hasn’t got to wear them yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed with the time it took for them to be shipped to us. Ordered on July 18th, and delivered on July 21st! As his job is quite rough and takes a toll on his work boots rather quickly, I can definitely say I will more than likely be ordering again from here when it’s time.

Spencer was great! He was able to answer all my questions and knew the different styles and products well. He was there when I needed him, checked in on me, and was not pushy or made me feel pressured. I got the exact pair of boots I was interested in for at least $50 less than offered online. I highly recommend Overlook Boots and will continue to go there when I need new boots.

Chris at the Glen Rock store did a great job, even though the boot I purchased wasn't in stock he had a comparable boot to size my foot and order what I wanted. Chris was more helpful during the phone call before my visit than a large chainstore competitor was during the time I spent in their store. The friendly and helpful service I received will bring me back for future purchases and I will highly recommend Overlook to my friends.

What a great place! I have been shopping for some general use outdoor boots. Most places carry only 1 or 2 hikers and that is all. This place has many to pick from, hikers, work boots, every shape and size in stock!! They were super helpful with making a selection. They also have a huge selection of heavy outdoor/work clothing. Super excited to have found them. Very worth a trip to Glen Rock. UPDATE- just stopped back by here for some new insoles, they had them in stock! They have expanded brands and have more to select from than ever. Great place!

Online buyers should be aware that this is not Amazon or Zappos, so be sure and wear your boots lightly at first, since a smaller company like this has to resell them, not just ship them off to a big return center somewhere. I had to return mine and the process was somewhat more complicated than the real big sellers, but the trade off is you get the absolute lowest price from this company. I will definitely consider Overlook boots the next time I am looking for a new pair, and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

They have a Great selection of work boots and your sure to find a pair that work for you. I called 5 minutes before they closed and they stayed open until I could get there which was 25 minutes past their closing time, 40 minutes until I purchased my boots and left!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
