My care at Preferred Primary Care in Washington, PA has always been excellent. I just saw Dr Sean Kelly, my primary doctor yesterday. I was able to see him the same day I called. Dr Kelly patiently listened to my concerns and was able to treat me effectively. I have never been disappointed with his care.

CRNP Kay Thompson is highly knowledgeable and caring. She doesn't rush you out of the office, but listens & gives your health concerns the time they need. Would highly recommend.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. Dr. Kelly and physician assistant Uram are both very knowledgeable, spend the time needed, take the time to get to know their patients, and show thorough care. They address current need and plan for long term health with you the patient. Excellent medical attention and trustworthy practice.

Dr Sharpnack and his staff are great!!! Always compassionate & eager to help in any way. Especially since we live half the year in SC, they are great with Telemed if needed and prescriptions here. The BEST!!

Dr. Sharpnack and the staff are some of the best in Washington county. I struggle with a lot of health issues. They have helped me more in the past few years than anyone I've seen in the past 20. If it weren't for Dr. Sharpnack I would've never discovered I needed an emergency surgery on my spine to keep me from being paralyzed. I'm so extremely grateful for him and the staff.

I take my mom and she sees Dr Sharpnack. He's one of the sweetest Drs I've ever met. My mom is 72 and her memory is slowly leaving her and on top of that she has other issues and she's easily frustrated and Dr Sharpnack handles her with such care and compassion. He takes his time to listen to all her complaints and her worries. He explains everything to her sometimes he has to go over things more than once with her and he never gets aggravated or puts her needs aside. He has been very on top of her health and I appreciate that because this office has had Drs in the past that leave a lot to be desired. Dr Sharpnack in my opinion is awesome with elderly patients and he requested that I be there in the room every time he sees my mom just in case she would happen to forget something and so I can stay in the loop with her health and that meant a lot to me. Another thing about him I really like and appreciate is he doesn't order a bunch of unnecessary test and this is a huge deal for my mom and I think any patient would appreciate that. To make the appointment even better at the end he shares pictures of his little one with my mom and her face just lights up he's just a good guy.

I am always treated very very well at Preferred Primary Care Physician. Dr Sharpnack is the very best. He is very personable and very thorough. I am thankful for his concern and attention.

Katie Uram is a kind, caring and wise Physician's Assistant. She listens and always follows up on any questions or problems my husband and I may have.

Today was my first appointment with Katie and all I can say is I wish I had made the change a long time ago. I truly felt the concern for my well being from everyone in the office. It felt like family!
