Dr.Sharpneck is so wonderful! He takes time to listen,and makes you feel at ease being in his office. I'm so glad he is there for my family.

Love the staff and Dr Sharpnak is a great doctor. He takes his time , answers all questions and discusses what is best for you. I have many health issues but feel confident in his knowledge of up to date treatments.

I have found this group professional and helpful. Recently, I ran out of medicine on a trip and needed meds called into a pharmacy in a different state to get me through. I was concerned that I was going to be viewed as an inconvenience but that wasn't the case at all. I received a message that my meds would be there by noon that day. In all my dealings with the various staff over the years, I have had maybe 1 issue and that was a long time ago. These people are doing their jobs every day, they've seen it all. I'm sure their goal is to provide care and answers to our problems, not to aggravate people. As is human nature, we connect well with some people and others, maybe not so much. If our expectation is to always get what we want, then we are disappointed with the results and will leave a bad review. Tylerdale has always been there when I've needed them and hopefully always will be. Oh, and Dr Kelly is great!.

I've been a patient here for many years and have always had the best care from the doctors and the staff have always been so helpful and quick to get me in. I HIGHLY recommend Tylerdale Family Medicine!

I have been going there since i was around 14. Now 78. Seen a lot of their doctors come & go. Never let me down. Both professional & helped me with personal problems. Help me deliver my girls also. Cant say enough about them. I have Dr. sharpnak as now. Good doctor never . Hurries me up & always listen. I recommend to anyone. Love staff too.

Unprofessional and zero empathy for patients!!

We’ve been members of this practice for at least five years now until today. For the last three years they have not assigned us a doctor and have had us see the nurse practitioner Katie Uram. Beth was instantly dismissive and rude with an uncaring mono tone, this was not the first time she treated us in such a manner. My girlfriend has a horrible tooth infection that is swollen and inflamed, she called this morning to get a prescription of antibiotics which they said they would call in. She then received a call back a half an hour later saying they would not send a prescription to the pharmacy and she needed to go see a dentist. We’ve explained that we have taken her to two dentists (which took months just to get into both) and they both quoted absurd prices for the surgical extraction. After they said they wouldn’t fill the prescription for my girlfriend I called back and said that it was ridiculous for them not to call in an antibiotic that could help her pain. I explained again to them we did not have the funds for the oral surgery and this was the only thing to help. I was frustrated and said that I was upset but never did I swear and never did I raise my voice. However we were dismissed from the practice today because they said I was rude on the phone which is absolutely absurd, I treated them with the same exact tone and care that they gave to me. Everything was always treated as a hassle to have anything called in or to even get the the receptionists to answer in the first place. To the few nurses who were caring and empathetic please know this is not directed towards you at all. The few of you were the reason we kept coming back to the practice.

I tried not to leave a bad review because the doctors are wonderful but that office manager is the rudest person I ever had the displeasure of meeting. Truly they will start losing all their patients if they don't hire a new office manager and get rid of that obnoxious, unprofessional and selfish creature they have working there. She has no compassion or care.

This s not the same Family Practice it was years ago. The Doctos make up the practice & those Doctors are gone. When they stop listening to their patients & start listening to who manages or bought them out, it's time to find another provider.

The staff is great, as for their office manager... they need a new one, they needed a new one when they got her, she's ran that doctor's office to the ground.

Doctors are great the rest not so much takes over a month for an appointment so if you need something go to the emergency room they are useless here they over book and back book over a month
