Have had to take my car here twice. Today was the second time I got my car back from them. They do amazing work. The last pick is the damage. You can’t tell what’s new/old. It all looks new and as if nothing happened ^_^

I wasn't sure about this place when I walked in, but I was referred here by my Jeep dealership. My hard plastic bumper had come loose on the rear passenger side. I was given a quick evaluation and my car was taken to the garage. The mechanic snapped it back in place and moved the bolt that secured it in the wheel well. Good as new (well, almost) and I was given my keys back.
I'm sorry but I can't remember the man from the office who was a big help (David or John?). There was no charge - I tipped the mechanic for his trouble. I would recommend this business for any of your needs. Very good public relations - a reliable business to remember!

We had a bad deer strike on our van. It is impossible to see any of the repairs. Because of the extent of the damage, it took a while to fix. The staff at West York made sure that we were informed every step along the way. When we picked up the car, they even took care of dropping off the rental. Great place. Highly professional.

My on site representative/estimator was Brad Fritz. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful about the estimate and my options going forward with insurance company dialog. He is an excellent ambassador for the Company and should I ever need collision repair services in the future, West York Collision Center will be my FIRST and ONLY call. Friendly and helpful customer service. They fixed my driver side driver and passenger doors after they were hit. They matched the color of my car perfectly. I was not expecting this since it is an orange color called mango tango. They also replaced the stripe I have on the side to match the other side perfectly. I will be returning for any future body work.
