The employees are very friendly and helpful nice selection drinks for the machines and they're very inexpensive you're not going to find many places for 1.60 drinks and the snacks are at least$1

Friendly staff, looks like owner is working on getting newer machines, for the prices overall satisfied.

Every week I wash at least 4 loads for only $20 dollars and $10 to dry them all, if you ask me for their machines to sometimes being down sure works amazing

Only a few broken machines but overall a great place to do your laundry

Well we came here because we wanted to go to city trends and check out the big sale. They have some good deals on very stylish cloths. The thing that was bad was over 10 dryer's were broken. Place was clean but we had to wait for dryer's.

The lady in here is rude ugly and racist half the washers & Dryers are broken the lady is here she is very rude and it’s dirty in here and has a really bad smell along with her nasty attitude ON TOP OF EVERYTIME YOU GO IN THERE THE WASHERS ARE A DIFFERENT PRICE WHAT A SCAM right up the street is BIG WASH FRIENDLY ALL WASHERS & DRYERS WORK AND DRYING IS FREE WASHERS ARE AFFORDABLE EVERYBODY GO TO BIG WASH YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER PROMISE…

Management is not present. They can't keep the location staffed. People loitering, people drinking on the premises and doing drugs in the bathroom. Machines consistently not working properly. Nobody present , not even a number to call to report something or inquire about a refund..

This place has gone downhill fast! The prices have skyrocketed and 1/2 of the washers & 1/3 of the dryers are out of order. We had to wait at least 45 min for an available washer to start our wash, and there are only 3 carts in the whole place. The other customers were rude and inconsiderate! Worst laundry experience ever!!! Will not return!

Washer broke while in cycle. Lady there told me they were done. Washer even stated Out Of Service. Then wanted to put my soap filled wet clothing in a dryer. Tried to explain they had soap still in them, and they were soaked. Then the I don't speak English kicked in. Nice place, but the service is horrible.

No attendant in sight, all change machines broken, went on a scavenger hunt looking for change in a Sunday, used a machine and it didn't clean my clothes it spun my clothes dry. This new owner doesn't even leave a number to call incase of any situation.

Never again after waiting almost 2hrs for it to open I will not come back you don't need my business
