My husband and I have been customers of this location for several years and love everyone we've interacted with. Every time we've done a pickup or delivery, Karim was there and always courteous, and professional, despite the challenges faced (small door ways, tons of steps, you name it!).

We have been very happy with our purchases and if we ever had any issues, Aaron's has always been quick to fix it and with the best customer service!

Camilo and Kareem helped me out today and brought my new fridge inside for me! They were very nice and helpful. Knew everything they were supposed to and worked hard til the job was finished. Thank you guys!

Kareem && william were very professional && polite while delivering my couch! They had to take the door off but they were very careful with my new couch! It was suppose to be delivered between 10-2 && they arrived around 11 which was great! Even the employees at the store were so respectful && they definitely work with you! Great customer service all around!! Keep up the great work guys!!!!

The store is always clean and full of great items. I bought a couch set from this group and it was delivered the next day. 12/10 would buy again. The store associates are also very helpful, they know all the info and are always willing to go above and beyond.

Had a refrigerator delivered today and just wanted to say that Kareem and William were two of the nicest delivery men. They took the old one out and put the new one in its place in no time at all.

Great customer service! Worked with Gabriela over the phone , when I went to the store she exceed my expectations of greatness. Her and another female associate were a pleasure to work with.

I have never in my life had a more pleasant experience than we have here. Ron is the absolute best. He was polite courteous and super fast. We literally got absolutely everything we needed same day and for less then online! If you need a fast friendly bargain call Ron seriously you won’t be sorry!

I talked to Carlos today about a payment and he straightened everything out so her account is up to date and no late fees Ron is great GM and helps you out when your item is in need of repair the only issue is Ron is do busy it's hard to get ahold of him but he does return calls and fixes issue I will rent from them when I need something Keep up the great work !!! The customer service is finally great and this is a great team
