EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! AM A RETIRED COMBAT VETERAN AND WAS TREATED HORRIBLY OVER THE PHONE!!! I called and asked a simple question and immediately was interrupted and over talked by a woman named "Olga", who then when I asked her to stop doing so , she then hung up the phone on me. I called back only to speak with the actual Prothonotary "Allison", who left me feeling severely ignored.
Absolute horrible customer service and disgusting attitudes from the entire office.

I call to get some information about a docket that I received, by certified mail mind you, and the lady I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. Before I could finish explaining my reason for calling, she kept cutting me off by stating she couldn't do nothing for me. She gave no direction on who could help, but yet this office was the ones who sent me the document. Thier customer service is terrible.
